These Walmart sucks. The lines are always long. They never have what I’m looking for. The grocery section is too small. It is always crowded. I get hit or almost hit by someone’s cart every time I go there.

This is where people go to get sad… otherwise, no reason for this store to exist.

wow. Tonight was bad even by Wal Mart standards. When there is a problem at checkout, a store should have enough staff available to assist the cashiers. That is store management 101. I came to this store at 8 p.m. Sept. 12, 2015. Supposedly(because I asked) the management that night consisted of someone named«AJ» and someone named«Dani.» Spelling is iffy on that one. I came SPECIFICALLY for a 16 pound bag of Kit and Kaboodle dry cat food. That’s it. Of course, I wandered the store and soon had about $ 150 worth of goods in my cart. I get to check out. Guess what? The cat food will not scan. The cashier tried her best, putting the numbers in manually. Something was amiss. She put the bag aside to the end. I braced myself for a problem. This is the item I came for! I was completely out at home! And, I KNEW how much the bag was — but the cashier needed a manager to approve the input. Supposedly, she called for a CSM. no one came She was now finished ringing up all the items in my cart. There is a line behind me. She grabs the bag and takes off through the store, in search of a manager, leaving us all to stand there. She returns. No manager. She says she has called for someone else. By now, a real line has formed, all shooting daggers at me. I tell her«never mind.» As I am leaving, a black woman comes from behind a door and SHOUTS over to my cashier that she is busy and cannot assist. I shout back THANKS A LOT. She stares at me. I exit. Walmart — why not contact me and make this right? You can message me through Unilocal. Again — I was there at 8 p.m. Sept. 12, 2015.

They have an entire shelf full of long expired cat food from which I purchased food for my 2 cats. I unfortunately realized it too late. Thankfully, my cats are ok. I went back to the store about a month later. The food was still on the shelf. I had to wait for over an hour to bring it to someone’s attention. Everyone passed the buck. Finally, I told a manager. She said she would take care of it. I returned to the store and it was still on the shelf. If your finances give you no other option than to shop there, at least make sure you check the dates on every perishable you buy.

Really messy, even for a Sat afternoon. Assoc on the floor were reasonably helpful but the cashier was a whole different kind of special. My biggest issue was that apparently at Walmart when u buy any electronic item a protection plan is added automatically. I bought a $ 35 flashlight and was charged $ 3 for a warranty I wasnt told about. Luckily I caught it but then it took the cashier 5 min to figure out how to void it off.

I don’t expect much going to walmart except for whatever I need will be cheaper than anywhere else. But you definitely get what you pay for in service here. Not one person can tell you where anything is, and that’s if you can find anyone actually working. Oh, and if 2 employees are talking about the weekend, it’s very rude to interrupt them to ask a question.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. I ordered tires from on Dec 1st with an expected delivery date of Dec 17th. Before the 17th, I started calling the tire department with a question-they have never picked up the phone. As in, I’ve called 25 times with no answer. I had a friend go on December 22nd to check on the order-the customer service rep said they couldn’t track the order but come back tomorrow and they can check if its in that day. Yeah-just what I want to do right before Christmas. Pay $ 50 more and go to STS, Pep Boys, or somewhere else.

First time back in this store in 4 years, service/appearance has gone down hill !! Phone ringing over the intercom for a duration of 5 minutes, it just kept ringing(at the very least take off the hook, to prevent the customers from hearing that constant loud ringing). Next to me I saw a stocker with a warehouse skid full of large bags of dog food, was busy yapping with a coworker. So he didn’t maneuver the pallet jack properly, clipped the corner of the shelf and half of the skid fell off. So his coworker left the scene and he asked another gentleman(named Oxi ??) to get another skid, he did and started to transfer the bags onto the empty skid, all while the guy that created the mishap just stood there on his phone. Also, I heard him tell someone that is how it came off the truck. Well then if it did, he shouldn’t have taken the skid out of the stock room and risk injury to a customer. He was a prefect example of a LAZY worker and a POOR example of someone in position of authority over the other gentleman(Oxi ??) as he cleaned up the aisle and helped transport the skids to the pet section. That lazy guy is pathetic excuse of a Walmart employee. A was going to approach him, but walked away… most likely to hide somewhere and avoid doing any real manual labor. It’s a shame that people don’t take responsibility for their mistakes!

This is actually a nice Walmart. Just hate the fact that the lines are long and people are unfriendly(like most other Walmarts). But selection wise and store wise its pretty well kept.

oh. my GOD. RUNAWAY! SAVEYOURSELF! The«deep discounts» on all the made-in-china pieces of garbage they sell are not worth it! Just go to Target where it’s still crowded but it doesn’t make you feel like you’re witnessing the zombie apocalypse. Every single time I’ve been here, checkout took an ETERNITY. I can’t even say that’s a total hyperbole. It’s like the store wants you to stay there as long as possible so it can devour more of your soul. I literally felt dead inside by the time I left, and I think most of the people who work there feel the same way on a daily basis. I really feel bad for them to have to work in such a horrible place.

Unfortunately, it does not even deserve this star. Simply unacceptable. I had to go to the photo center there because my local one(Princeton) did not offer large photo prints. I figured Hamilton is not too far, so I gave it a chance. AVOIDATALLCOSTS. Nobody wants to be there, workers or shoppers. It is simply a miserable experience, and the biggest mess I have ever seen, and that says something even for Walmart.

Waited on line 20 minutes only to be told by cashier she had no change. She said the mangers were bad and she couldn’t leave her register to get change. I will never shop there again.

If you ever want to give yourself an instant headache, just walk into the Hamilton Wal-Mart. It’s just a mess from top to bottom. No matter what time or day you go there, it is always crowded. The people who work there are miserable. The people shopping there are also miserable. I am miserable. It’s just the most depressing place to go. And without fail, there will be at least 3 people driving around in wheelchair scooters. Haven’t seen them yet? Just cup your hand to your ear to listen to the heavy breathing. That’s how you know they are right on your tail. It’s like the music in Jaws to my ears. Oh, and let’s not forget the annoying«beep, beep» noises made when they need to back up and re-check the price on ding-dongs. Lovely. The few times that I’ve been there(begrudgingly, of course), I felt like I had stepped into a wormhole that magically took me to the deep South, except without the Southern hospitality.
