Pros: Conveniently right off the highway. Quick check-in. Cons: Out dated. Dirty carpets. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night. Smoking area is right in the front so you have to hold your breath when entering the building. Very thin walls. Bathroom was dirty. You hear the trains running all night. You get what you paid for.

DONOTLETTHEMGIVEYOUROOM102! It is on the corner and you will hear semis all night long! I called to reserve a room and when we arrived at 1am I was told my the night shift lady that she didn’t have our reservation. She proceeded to look on the computer and I told her when I called, who I spoke with and even gave her the times I called. She finally said«oh I believe you we just don’t have you have you listed» I said well what do I do now? She said oh we have rooms, ok lady just save us the time and give us the room instead scrolling through the reservations. Then we get room 102 the nosiest room. DETAILSABOUTTHEROOM~ Smelled of stale smoke Carpet didn’t look vacuumed Drapery worn and torn Bedspread old Room very outdated Bathroom vanity had cigarette burn on it Toilet seat was old and chipped Bathroom door was kicked in and split and would not shut or stay open because of rusted door hinge Beds~ Your choice of one queen or two full. Quick check in, great location, room was clean and had everything that I needed. I slept pretty good and it was fairly quiet all night. Good value for the price. Breakfast had necessities but nothing special. Great if you need a bed to sleep for the night when passing through

Stayed here for ten days. Not the best place in the world but cheap. Needless to say you get what you pay for. Just an old hotel with cheap rates. A little runned down but still a place to lay your head. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay on the cheap for business travel. Pluses — Frigde and Microwave — tons of channels on the tube Minus — Water didn’t drain well in the tub — Internet was spotty at best.

Only about 20 minutes away from downtown Chicago. This is the best motel I’ve ever stayed at: the rooms were clean, there weren’t any weird smells, they will give you amenities; it certainly beats any hotel in the area for price. There was a mix up in my reservation and it accidentally got booked on the wrong date. The manager was very nice about it and booked me a room for the date I wanted and refunded me the cost for the date that was accidentally booked! Very nice people!

This might not be The Ritz, but it’s quaint and affordable. The have a little bit of free breakfast food available in the lobby in the morning. There’s anything imaginable in the vending machines, even little combs and shampoo bottles… even Swedish Aristocrats! They have Super 8 Motel cards that give you a pretty good discount on your stay if you think you’ll need to be staying there often enough to need one that is.
