Chick-​Fil-​A is the best. That’s no secret. There’s no other fast food that compares. This location is awesome – the food is aways high quality and the service is always fast and friendly. No matter the time of day, I have always had uniformly great experiences.

I had Asian salad and my son had gluten free nuggets with fries an Icedream. Staff is eager to please and very attentive. We dined past lunch rush so we didn’t have any problems getting order quick. Playground can use a little cleaning but overall very nice Chick-​Fil-​a with double drive through and ample parking.

I love Chick-​fil-​A, I eat there 3 – 6 times a week. Every week.
Today I went through the drive-​thru sat in my vehicle for 5 minutes while I did some paperwork. When I went inside to refresh my beverage I was denied. They aren’t allowed to refill drinks once they leave inside due to health code. Understandable.
What really peeves me is that they wouldn’t give me another cup. The stated over and over that this would be like giving me a free beverage. (How?) I spoke to two managers both stated the same thing. Finally I gave up, realizing spend any more time for $ 2 was not worth it. They may have saved $ 0.03 today by not giving me a new cup but this location has permanently lost my business.

I don’t go into or around many fast food restaurants, but on a rainy day when I have to stay in this area at a hotel with a 3 year old… this place has a play house. Nuff said. BUT, the people working there are very courteous! They came up to the table and asked me if I needed a refill/​whatever. Didn’t realize fast food places had dining service. Can’t say much about the food. my daughter ate every last crumb of her 4 nuggs so I assume they’re pretty good!

It’s hard to not like Chick-​Fil-​A. You get hot food. There is always enough people to handle the business. And the dining room/bathroom’s are usually clean. McAwful’s has forgotten about this.

I keep trying… I really want to support this location but I’ve been disappointed by bad service too many times. And it’s usually from mgt. not the cashiers. 12 mins is too long to wait for coffee (before being told ‘oh– we have to brew some more”) Don’t want to hear nasty comments about customers between supervisors (u never know who’s listening) and showing up 10 mins after I placed a tray order that I was told would be ready in 20 mins to find out ’ I told her it was going to be 20 mins’. Again it’s about the sups. Not the cashiers. The coliseum location is closer and always nicer. Like I said I tried to support, but u can’t be slow AND rude!

The location for this Chick Fil A is the only thing that is has going for them. This location is consistently bad with a un-​caring operator/​owner; I’m impressed about how much un-​professionalism this owner/​operator portrays. He’s out of touch and is ok with it because his brand is so strong.
Today, again because of the location, got a salad… seems like it was yesterday’s greens. Old, browning edges, sour tasting tomatoes, chicken was warm but seemed to be not the usual amount or the freshest. I don’t complain anymore because the owner/​operator hasn’t returned a call yet, even through the corporate website. It just went into the trash. I’ll get something later from somewhere else.
Other consistently bad issues i’ve had:
Tea is watered down and not ever with enough sugar.
Chicken served cold or undercooked
Slowwwwwww service
Flies everywhere
I’m a catering king– order several times a week– the food is never ready on time, never prepared on time, never prepared as ordered, never given the serving spoons, i have to ask more than once for cups, plates, napkins, forks, mints, and sauces. I get to the point that If I HAVE to order from here, I order 30 min earlier than really needed, because I know it will take them this long to prepare.
I’ve contacted the owner, left messages, left emails mainly over catering complaints. He texted me once and said he would call me later. Other than that, NOTHING. No response at all.
I only eat at chick fil a… so unless its an absolute, no time in my day, this is the closest, etc– i come here. Otherwise, I avoid this one like a plague… Makes Chick Fil A look horrible and its leadership out of touch.

I really like Chick-​Fil-​A, but this one has been a mixed bag of experiences at times. The placement of the store is golden off of Mercury Blvd. For that reason of having such an awesome location it seems to always be slammed. There are two drive thru lanes and you will often find that it is so backed up on weekends it is difficult to get in the lot.
On this particular day it was again very busy, but I would not consider slammed which was a relief. The counter service was smooth and staff friendly. The order came out correct and was hot.
When looking for a seat it appeared the dining room was clean which was impressive considering how busy it was. My son was the only one eating and he said the food was tasty.
I had a chance to talk to the manager as I exited the restaurant and complimented him on a good job today. I will definitely be back.

I basically visit this one because it’s close to work but I have a love, hate-​hate relationship which this location. Sometimes service is slow, but mostly friendly and fast like you expect at Chick-​Fil-​A. However we had an awful experience with some of the ignorant staff recently and it’s poisoned this location for me. We ordered two shakes, different kinds, and when one was handed to us, my friend said «is this the XXX shake?» and the cashier looked at her crazy and mocked her and said ‘well yeah’ and then we could hear her and another girl in the back mocking her. Finally my friend said ‘you know I’m in customer service too and I’m a supervisor where I work and you shouldn’t talk about your customers like that, especially in front of them’ — they proceeded to pretend they didn’t say anything then as we drove off you could clearly hear one of them say ‘crazy *****’ — which really ticked us off. My friend pulled around front, walked in and demanded a manager — ‘You want to see crazy? I’ll show you crazy!” — and the manager on duty got the two girls, brought them outside and made them apologize — which I think is ballsy in this day and age — I unbuckled my seatbelt thinking this could get really ugly really fast and we might have to throw down. But my friend handled herself well, no one was arrested, but they did not get away with it. This is not something you’d expect at Chick-Fil-A…maybe Taco Bell, but not here. I haven’t seen the girls since, or if I have, their attitudes have changed and I haven’t had a problem the last couple of months — but issues like that will make you drive out of the way to avoid the place. So, beware.

Clean, friendly service, hot food and speedy. Spicy chicken sandwich is a little too spicy for me but its good. Too many flies in the dinning room but there are a lot of people coming in and out during the busiest hour of the day, I suggest taking your food to go at this time of the day.
