We highly recommend Dr Tabert. She took the time to make me and my child feel comfortable. She is clearly a skilled Dentist and 100% professional. I feel completely confident in her work and my daughter loves her.

I have no complaints about this Dentist or the office. Errrr ok, maybe one complaint, the back where the kids get their treatments is SUPER tiny!!! This office is located in a medical complex and has ample parking available. The office and waiting room is a nice size w/plenty of chairs, but this place fills up quick and you may not get a seat. There is a girl that works the front desk checking patients in and she is very sweet. She will make conversation with you and usually has the answer to any question that you may have. The waiting room has a fish tank for the kids to look at while they are waiting, but other than that there isn’t much for kids to do. They call you back pretty quick, we have never waited longer than 15 or so minutes. Only one parent is able to go back w/the child, due to the lack of space that I mentioned earlier. In the treatment room there is about 6 chairs lined up side by side, and there is a chair at each one for the parent to sit. Again, it is really cramped when you include the dental techs going from patient to patient and when the dentist comes in. The dentist here, Dr. Elick, is REALLY great w/kids. No kids like to go to the dentist, but he just has a way w/them, he is a grandfatherly type. He has been in practice for a long time, and he is very knowledgeable and explains things to you so that you can understand them, and not in Doctor speak. I get the feeling from some dental offices in the past that they are just there for the money, but this dentist seems to have his heart in what he does… and probably the paycheck, lol. The check out process is quick, but one of the girls at the counter has absolutely ZERO personality, and does not engage you in conversation even if you say something to her. When asked a question she seems a bit bothered, other than her attitude she is fairly knowledgeable. Located next door, is where they do any surgical procedures like root canals etc. This room is even smaller than the main office, and I would say there is only about 10 – 12 chairs. My one and only experience in here was mixed. You go in the main office to register, a tech calls you back, you go to one room, then another, then yet another and make your way to the waiting room. It just seems like they could cut one of those steps out. They give your child the medicine and then you go and sit and wait for an hour for it to work. While in the waiting room, there were some other kids and their families. These kids were about to tear the place down. They were running around, screaming and just being irritating. Some were jumping off of the chairs, running in and out of the door. I understand that the parents should have gotten their kids under control, but I do feel in this case that it would have been appropriate for the office staff to say something to one of the parents. I know kids can be unruly and get bored w/sitting in an office, but there was no reason that behavior should have been tolerated. There was 2 ladies w/these kids, one could have taken the non-patients outside to wait. Again, I feel that the office staff should have said something, I don’t even know how they were able to get work done w/all that commotion. After the procedure, they give you an aftercare sheet which is helpful. The recovery process was great and there were no issues. I also appreciate the billing aspect to this office… so far, lol. The last pediatric dentist had the billing so screwed up and double billed us, and even charged us when we were still under our allowed amount for procedures that should have been covered 100%. The cleaning and check ups are good, they give your kids a lot of different flavor options and at the end of every visit they give you a new baggie full of toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. Overall, a good place to take your kids for their oral hygiene needs #flagproof

Ive been brining my son here for over 3 years. The dentist is very nice and experienced with young children, & the assistants explain everything to the children about what to expect. They make them very comfortable during their dental visit. The only thing I dont like is the cramp space by the exam rooms(parent waiting area). But other than that everyone is very nice & helpful.

I do not recommend Dr. Wiley. His clerks were rude and not helpful. Although we had an appointment, we ended up waiting over an hour, not ideal when dealing with a toddler. Furthermore, it was obvious he was overbooked. There were so many children in the waiting room there were no seats available. Also, what kind of pediatric dentist doesn’t have any toys or games in the waiting room? Once we finally got to the back office, it was like an assembly line, only getting to see the dentist for about two minutes. Needless to say, we will not be back.
