My fav pizza hands down. Friendly service. Hot, fresh pizza. I crave Rosati’s. We order from them at least 2x per month, sometimes more depending on my laziness. I also get their Rosati’s salad quite a bit. A meal in itself and so good it almost doesn’t even need dressing.

Still after living here since 1987… When we want pizza. This is the first place we think of. Love the stuffed pizza.

I’ve experienced better and at this location. We’ve been ordering here for 31 years and lately we have been disappointed for one reason or another. Poor customer service, pizza not ready at the time given, late delivery resulting in cold pizza and other complaints. We used to get pizza here weekly. Now it might be two or three months before we decide to give them another chance. But the pizza I ordered yesterday was probably the last straw. I picked it up when I was told and the pizza was cold. I had to reheat it at home. The crust wasn’t extra thin and there very few mushrooms which was the only topping. Also, it was very light on sauce which I can’t understand. Shame to see a once proud business go down the drain like this.

Ordered my half bbq with pepperoni sausage and onions on one side and the other half is just cheese. I got in there 10 min later than they told Me to come in giving them time on a busy Friday. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes while they redid my food bare hands no gloves or any sanitation. A sign saying no cameras or photography so they don’t get in trouble I guess. I go home to see my pizza isn’t what I wanted. It’s a fully bbq sausage on one half the other bbq with pepporoni and onion. I call while the owner himself is making the pizzas and ask for credit back or refund. He tells me I need to come back after 30 min if I want another pizza, while raising his voice at me telling me I’m a liar and I’m not getting credited I told him for my first time trying and coming here it’s my last. 1 star for the sanitation and customer service. I know I sound like a mean older lady but I’m a laid back guy but this was out of hand.

Too bad they can’t get a consistently crispy crust. The toppings are good though recently I noticed sliced pieces of sausage rather then bulk. Even when you request, «well done» the crust is usually doughy and white. This is why we usually order from V&V.(COUPONSLUREDMETOROSATIS)

Brutal to give a Rosatis such a low rating. Something changed over the past few years and more noticeably the crust. Making it as thin as a few sheets of paper does nothing for this. There is nothing substantial to the crust that if you order more than a few toppings it winds up being a mess. Order an XL and compare it to any other places large and you’ll see that there is really no value. Paying $ 24 for one pizza and getting half of what the other local competitors give just doesn’t cut it, no matter how good it tastes. For the same price Ill take Malnatis deep dish.

One of the best pizzas in Chicagoland. They have other food, but the pizza is the best! I would also recommend the lasagna. A very healthy portion with garlic bread. They deliver too. We have been using them for over 5 years.

I don’t know why but there thin crust that was perfect!, is now so thin it’s almost transparent. Someone thought they would cut corners and save money by giving less. This is what usually makes places fold up an close the doors. To the owner: yes we all notice and are not fooled or happy! Why mess with a good thing. Hope you don’t lose to many customers. Oh ya, the slices at lunch are getting smaller and smaller.

Growing up in the Beverly area, I was accustomed to Fox’s Pizza(best pizza in Chicago)…so finding Rosati’s is a definite treat! Super thin, generous toppings and so fresh! I’m a fan!

I stop here maybe once every two weeks. I often get the lunch slices. Nothing will knock your socks off but it’s very decent pizza. I find their pies a bit too saucy but I adjusted my order to easy sauce and it comes out well.

Their customer service was awful. The lady on the phone was rude and short with us. We ordered garlic bread and they forgot it and then brought it to us but it was cold. The pizza it self was not too bad however their green peppers we’re not good.

This review is just based in the incompetent person answering the phones. I called asking for a delivery and he had to have had the worst tone. Asked for the Hawiian Luau pizza and apparently he has no idea what I was talking about responding like I was some crazy person asking for some ridiculous pizza. No help with trying to find what I wanted but what irritated me the most was I went to look at the menu again thinkibg maybe I misread the name but nope, there it was the Hawiian Luau. Either fix your menu or fix your employees. I just moved into the area and eat pizza like im in college. This place was the closest but I assure you I won’t be calling back until I am certain someone competant will answer the phone. No need to be a dick, seriously kid.

They have always delivered a nice hot za to my door and I love the pizza here. Since I work in the neighborhood as well I will sometimes go and pick up a slice and drink for only $ 3.50 plus they have a pizza punch card so the 11th slice is free!

Had to order pizza for a team that works in Hanover Park & they worked with me trying to coordinate the delivery, even went out of their way 3x to meet my out-of-town team at the front desk!!! Plus they even helped me by arranging pepperoni to say THANKYOU on it :) last but not least, the team has me jealous as to how yummy they said it was!

After Jets pizza said they don’t deliver after 11pm on a Friday night we called rosati’s. Good pizza, great wings. Never knew that pizzerias can have superb wings. So long Jets.

I really enjoy their pizza! It does take long sometimes. ESPECIALLY if you order for delivery and have their free delivery coupon that they offer you. Last time I used it my pizza arrived barely even warm. They’re lucky their pizza just tastes great.

About two years ago a friend of mine recommended this Rosati’s for delivery. As there isn’t a whole lot of whole choices in Hanover Park for delivery late at night, we ordered a couple of pies for delivery. Talk about a recommendation! Pros: + The sausage and cheese were piled on thick + The thin crust was well-cooked and flaky + The delivery driver arrived promptly and didn’t have any issues finding our funky townhouse sub-division street + Rosati’s sends out tons of coupons in the ValuPak and other mailers, plus there are more coupons on the menu’s and even on the pizza box themselves + Collect enough pizza box tabs and you’ll earn a free loyalty pie Cons: I can’t think of any and I’ve been ordering from them regularly for two years now. Having only ordered pizzas, I can’t comment on their other menu options, but for thin-crust, Rosati’s is unquestionably one of the better choices in the NW Burbs. The cheese is layered on really thick, so eat it slowly and enjoy!
