or something because theyve always been so busy, and ive always been happy with my. nails after. But I went there today and thought they were closed. Ive never seen it so slow in the 5 years ive been going there. The lady tracy was so rough and rushed through the whole thing. Not to mention so.rude. She didnt cut my cuticles or anything. They came out so bad I went back in 5 minutes after to complain. Also as I was sitting there, a lady walked in complaining her gel nails had chipped after only 5 days.

Gel mani didn’t even last 1 week and tech rushed through service. Also, when removing my previous gel polish the tech didn’t allow the acetone to sit on my nails long enough so she filed off the polish rather than gently removing it. My nails are ruined!

Love this nail place. When I need a thing from a pedicure to manicure done quickly I go here. I have never had to wait!
They have three different tears for their pedicure. The Deluxe pedicure is so worth your time and you deserve it :)

This place is a joke. They have no sign saying there services or prices so walking in with my coworker 3 girls looked at us like we had 5 heads. We still decided to stay. She got a wax, manicure and pedicure while I sat there waiting for my turn. And waiting. Was asked twice what I wanted just for them to walk away again & forget I was there basically because they were so busy rushing people in and out. Makes you feel like shit ya know? My friend finished after over an hour and I was still not waited on and said nevermind. Her pedicure was bumpy, they left dirt under her nails and missed hairs for her wax. Don’t waste your time or money on this rude express service place!

I have been going to Fancy Nails for years, and I have neverhad a bad experience in till about 2 weeks ago.
I went in and got a full set. The tech Tracy was in a rush. It looked terrible when I left.
The worst part is I just went to get a fill somewhere else and they couldn’t even fill them because they were so badly don’t. She never sealed the nails so I was getting fungus under the set.
I had to have the whole set replaced. Thank god I went when I did or it could have been worse.
Needless to say I will never go back!

I cannot with all honesty give a star for my last and final experience at Fancy Nails.
I had been in the past and had mani pedis and waxing done and had earned rewards on my card… But for the pas 6 months had been going to Ispa at the plaza… so looking to save a few dollars this week I decide to go to Fancy Nails for a mani/​pedi and use my rewards… So I ask for a regular mani/​pedi .pedi completed and that was fine… we now sit for manicure. I inform the tech that I have gel polish on my nails and that I only want a regular manicure…“she frowns” (I took it that she did’nt want to go thru the trouble of taking the gel polish off) why do I know that… THE HORROR BEGINS!!! The tech begins the process of wrapping my nails with cotton and remover and foil she does one hand and then the next and immediately removes the first hands foil… she now starts scraping with her tool to remove the polish I is not coming off. WHY ??? Because she did not leave it on long enough .now I see why she frowned in the beginning… she was very impatient and did not want to wait for the process of removing the gel polish… she now reaches as I call «THE ELECTRIC GRINDER» because that is exactly what she did. my gel Polish was a French and I assumed she was buzzing off the white French. …she did the first hand but I cannot see what she is buzzing hand is bent she finishes and shoves the hand in water to soak she continues to the next hand finishes on my pinky and goes right thru the nail to my skin with «THE GRINDER» I scream !!! That killed shoves that hand in water now all my fingers are BURNING !!! She ask you want Gel??? Repeatedly she asks !!! No I only want a regular manicure… Well do I need to continue No !!! I now go to the front desk and inform the gentleman at the desk that I am very UNHAPPY .and proceed to tell him why… He says «next time see me I will tell them not to use „THE GRINDER“ on you… I said there will not be a next time. I said I would not be returning unless I developed an infection then he would hear from me… and that there was no reason for her to use „THE GRINDER“ on me in the first place she was just „Impatient“. And after all that she never even trimmed and cleaned my cuticles… this all occurred on May 1^st … It is now June 15, all my nails are still extremely sore and sensitive, the entire nail beds are paper thin, every bit of growth is also paper thin and just splits and peels off… and to think I had worked very hard and patiently to grow my nails so they were the right length, strong and attractive…
That is not the case anymore… I have bumpy gouges and ridges on every nail… It will takes months if not a year to repair the damage of my nails incurred by someone’s
…“IMPATIENCE»… VERY DISAPPOINTED…

I needed a fill, saw the reviews so decided to go in, three of my acrylics broke in less than a week. I see their deluxe pedicure seems to get the good ratings, I went with a regular and it was terrible! Will not be returning!

Clean, friendly and great hours! (Mall hrs so open late during the week!) All the nail techs are very friendly and do a great job.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Fancy Nails & Spa! I go every two weeks for a fill for my acrylics and a pedicure. If I could spare the extra $ 20 every two weeks, I’d get a deluxe pedicure every time. Worth every penny!
Everyone is very nice, and even when I have to wait for service, I don’t mind. It’s in the Hanover Mall, so if it’s a long wait, I just go window shopping for a bit and come back.
Pedicures are wonderful every time, and I have certainly had some gaffs when it comes to having my nails done (sometimes they’re more or less meh) but honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this salon, especially for a nail salon in a mall. I’ve been going faithfully now for about three months, but I’ve gone many times before.
Not super expensive, and definitely worth a visit! (Linda is amazing!!)

I have been going to Fancy Nails for awhile. They have the deluxe pedicure which is absolutely amazing (the only reason they got two stars). The real reason I am writing this is because the service has gone from good to bad very quickly. These woman are going to so fast and being very aggressive. I also feel that they are talking about me whenever I am there. I got a pedicure and it only last two weeks. I paid $ 45 for a pedi that lasted two weeks! Most other places it last at least four!

My favorite place to go to for a pedicure! They really take the time to make sure you are taken care of. There’s not one particular person on staff that is better than another. Everyone does a fantastic job! They have a huge selection of colors as well. Private room for pedicures is a huge plus. The deluxe pedicure is $ 45 and totally worth it. Love this salon!

So we all know how mall nail salons are… they want to get you in and out and see as many people as possible. With that being said they’re actually a pretty decent salon! I went after work and to my surprise it was busy. so the ‘manager’ approached me asked me what I was having done (gel mani) and told me someone would be with me shortly. Soon after a hoard of people came in and proceeded to wait, I was looking around hoping the manager would take note who was next to be serviced and he did… which was great! I left in a timely manner with a great gel manicure!

Got a French gel mani by Jojo. She did an amazing job! Will definitely go back!

I’ve been going to this salon since high school, they are always changing their appearance and seats which is a good thing! I love Lisa (owner) who remembered me only after a few visits, and trinh ! She gives the best foot massages and also has grown to know me and my family, she will have a conversation the whole time!!! I almost always upgrade to the deluxe pedi who doesn’t love getting pampered!!! Super clean and super friendly !!!
