Bf bought me a necklace here about 2 years ago. I have had to bring it back 5 times for repair. The chain broke, brought it in. Had it repaired. broke again! Went back and the lady tried to give me a New chain that was worth less than mine and weaker. That broke. went back and told them I didn’t want to fix it, that I want to pick a chain that is going to last. Picked a box chain and it has lasted me until last month. The clasp broke so once again, sent it out for repair. Got it back, but a diamond was missing! And back out for repair it goes… So let’s just say I’ll never get a piece of jewelry here ever again.
