Let me just say if you put money down so you don’t lose a sale price and they say no problem if you want to cancel just give us a call we will just put the money right back on your card that’s a lie yep I said it a lie… You will be directed to call another number 30 minutes then it will take 10 days for your money to be back in your account. what a hassle

Overall, We had a fairly good experience with Sleepy’s in Hanover. Scott, the store manager, was the salesmen who helped us find the right mattress. If I had to rate him personally, I’d give him 5 stars. He was informative and suggestive, without being pushy. He allowed us to take our time and didn’t make us feel rushed into a purchase. We had our Kingsdown mattress delivered (next day) to our home… and returned it 4 days later. Hated the mattress. Scott was once again very helpful with our return. We were able to exchange for a softer mattress without any major headaches. Although I am weary of Sleepy’s corporate, chain style practices (We’re not allowed to sell this mattress for anything less than X amount… I didn’t believe that) we found Sleepy’s to be fairly reasonable and easy to deal with. If all goes well with the removal and delivery of our second mattress, We’d purchase from Scott at Sleepy’s in Hanover again.
