I visited the Toy Box for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! They have a great selection of high quality toys and learning tools for kids and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I have an 8 month old, so I’m so glad to have found a local place to shop for my daughter.

I heart the Toy Box. Their toys are great — well vetted and thought out product. The customer service is amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable and make great suggestions. I do the majority of my Christmas and birthday shopping here.
The store is fun to shop in and explore without being overwhelming. The staff is super helpful and really know their stuff. If they don’t carry something, there’s usually a reason why (they’ve found a better product etc). If something is out of stock, they will order if for you. There’s free gift wrapping and a customer rewards program.
I live several towns away and still shop here, which is pretty telling.

i love the toy box! not only are they well stocked but the customer service is through the roof. as a parent, i appreciate getting toys from any store but target, toys r us, etc. i want a quality product that will educate and entertain the troops for hours. and the toy box does that. they carry great board games (think Zingo), fun outside toys (the Teeter Popper), cute stuffed animals from great brands, lots of dress up and jewelry for the girlies, the typical Play Mobile, NHL and MLB stickers, Hockey guys, even infant toys. this is my go to birthday party gift store. i always find something unique, age appropriate and entertaining. plus free wrapping! the staff is exceptional. if you come in needy, you leave happy. they have great ideas if you are stumped, they lead you straight to the product and they smile the entire time! i recently brought my kids and my youngest said «wow Mom, this is where Santa shops.» she’s a smartie!

The Toy Box is awesome! Jay and Julie are the owners, and their whole staff really knows their stuff. Great toys: innovative, safe and fun. Lots of events for the family. Highly recommended!
