OMG. Cricket really sucks. Cricket Wireless is a bad company and does not warranty 10 day old broken phones. Cricket SUCKS!!! Their warranty plan is absolutely WRONG.
I recommend Verizon Wireless. They charge a little more, however, the coverage is better and they back their products for one year. Cricket Wireless in Happy Valley has terrible customer service. I waited for 3.5 hours with my brother in law and his broken phone. Cricket Wireless would not warranty his brand new phone because it was 10 days old… Go figure.

What can I say about this cricket store other than it is the worst customer service I have ever received. I went in to the store with an issue with my phone, the customer service representative told me there was nothing he could do for me that it wasn’t cricket’s problem. He proceeded to insult me and my issue was not resolved.
If I could give this location a negative 5 rating I would. I would not recommend cricket wireless or this store to my worst enemy.
