Excellent customer service! Bid was delivered in a timely manner with the best price! The work was started immediately, and completed quickly and efficiently. The overall scope of the job was done with high quality construction. The crew was respectful and kind. Will definitely be calling this company again for my construction needs.

Gresham Roofing is a great company! I desperately needed my gutters cleaned and they provided excellent customer service. Not only did they provide a timely estimate, they did an excellent job on short notice during our recent heavy rains. I will definitely hire them again!

I purchased my home in August and knew the roof needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Gresham Roofing was recommended, I called, and Chuck came out the following day. He gave me a thorough explanation about materials and workmanship. Having spent several years in the roofing business myself, I was looking for a company with the same high standards I had been accustomed to. I hired your company that day. The crew worked efficiently, answered any questions I had, and the cleanup was spotless. The roof looks great. Several days after completion we had high winds and I heard a clanking sound in the upstairs bathroom. I called and Chuck was at my house almost before I hung up the phone. He fixed the problem — which was not Gresham’s fault. A roofing nail had hit the fan housing that is installed in the ceiling. I could not be happier with the workmanship or customer service provided by your company. As I told Chuck, I will highly recommend Gresham Roofing to anyone I know.

I called to get someone to come out and take care of a really bad leak coming into our living room and down our walls. Gresham Roofing was very quick and responsive to my request. I am very pleased and can now not worry about going into winter with a leaky roof. Thank you for all your help!

We received multiple bids for a full roof replacement and we felt the most comfortable with Chuck and his team. We were working up to putting our house on the market and had a tight timeframe. They did a great job, the roof looks great, and even the home inspector was impressed. Whenever we had questions, they were quick to respond and always offered solutions or answers. One of Chuck’s strengths is he’s very down to earth and straight forward in his approach. He was very upfront with what he thought would need to be done and kept us updated throughout the process.

Do not hire these guys! Short story: the owner will string you along to make you think he’s going to do the work and then if something better comes along he’ll take that job, lie to you, and leave your hanging with a huge leak in your roof. .

I called for an estimate. Someone answered. Seemed friendly and willing. I even got a call back the next day from a guy who said he’d be in my area and would come by. We discussed my availability and he said he’d be calling to schedule a visit within the next two days. It’s now three weeks later and I never heard back. It is difficult to give a positive review when they couldn’t even manage to follow through with scheduling an actual appointment at my house. This tells me my business was not important to them.

After unsuccessfully procuring another gutter repair company to inspect our problematic downspout, I called up these fine people to help us out. They promptly sent out a nice man to balance ever so precariously atop a ladder on our slopetastic home front, insert hand into gutter, pull out a debris catch and solve our issue in less than 2 minutes. He then joked, «that will be $ 5,000.» Ha! But in reality, he didn’t even charge us for the visit. I like good honest folks who fix my stuff and don’t make me pay for it. I’d recommend this business highly. We’ll be calling on them again in the spring for some deck work.

Very unprofessional. They canceled an installation job 2 hours after it was scheduled to start. Why? Because they lost our 50% down payment(who loses a payment?)…and then after they found the payment they canceled the contract anyway. Way to treat your customers!

Episode 3. Lumber replacement. SO we started out with a few soft area and ended up replacing much more than required. In a way, it’s cheaper and easier to replace a full 16 foot long 2×6 tongue & groove piece than cutting out a few feet that has modest dry rot. The labor is faster and materials were not all that expensive. But anyone else with this kind of exposed open beam ceiling should be aware a LOTOFDEBRIS, sawdust, wood scraps and dirt will rain down as the decking is cut. Stapling heavy plastic up to catch the raining debris sometimes works… and sometimes does not. Extra effort is worth it. The 4″ of sawdust on top of my 1972 Pioneer stereo does not look good. Actually the work goes fast. Would have gone faster if the actual workers(only two) had all of the proper materials on hand BEFORE work started. I hate that part. Rain coming day after tomorrow… hope all gets done soon. Maybe I can help to speed things up… maybe not. Next: Insulation & Dens Deck(a sort of sheet rock). More later. Hope it doesn’t rain tonight.
