Just moved into my new place in Oregon City. Josh was so easy to work with. I had to change the schedule a couple of time, and he was so understanding! Scott and Daniel did the unloading, and we’re professional, and very respectful of my things. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks to all the guys for making a stressful time bearable!

Josh, Darren and the gang made our move a fast an efficient process. They were very respectful of the time, our stuff and our home. They expertise in packaging showed as they made every inch of the truck we rented usable. Over the period of two days, and two separate visits, they accomplished so much! Even when our little ones got in their way, they were friendly and accommodating. We’d use their services in a heartbeat. For sure we will refer our friends to them.

Okay, I really don’t like complaining or leaving bad reviews but I cannot justify not giving feedback on this experience. J&S helped us move recently. It was a typical rainy December day. Since J&S had no tarp or anything to protect the flooring (HELLOOOO! you run a moving company in Portland, it rains a lot here, figure this out!) they ended up tracking mud into the house. In the process, they ruined a rug and got a carpet so dirty that I had to pay $ 150 to get it professionally cleaned. The rug and carpet looked terrible by the time they left and they didnt even aknowledge it. Very unprofessional. In addition, they forgot to close a gate in the back yard (another really lame mistake that movers should be taught in moving 101 training) and as a result, I lost my dog for a couple of hours. Very dissapointed with these guys.
