The customer service is not as friendly as other Chase Banks in the state. They do not have a walk up ATM, only drive throughs; in addition, during my last and hopefully final visit the ATM that I was waiting in line for had «technical» problems. The issue that really gets under my skin is the recently posted «EMPLOYEE ONLY» sign on the restroom door. What gives, how insulting, even the Dollar Store has a restroom for their patrons.

I wish there were two entrances to the drive thru banking area and I feel like the drive thru and parking is ackward. Most people don’t seem to mind judging by the numbers of cars frequenting this place everyday. I need to download that app so I can deposit checks with my cell phone. Think I’ll do that right now.
