Mona’s Express

The food is pretty good, the atmosphere, well that’s another matter. I do wish it wasn’t alway’s so smokey (as in cigarette’s) in there. I would order more, or rather our office would, if it didn’t alway’s smell of stale cigarettes. The cashier, cook there is always very nice.

The menu Is a very abbreviated version of other Mona’s, so if you have your heart set on something, you should call first to see if it’s available. With that being said, what they have there is VERY good. I have picked up from there 3 times, and am always happy.
I was told that the menu will be changing & expanding soon. Sounds like a great idea as long as the food remains good.
The gentleman that runs it is SO nice and accommodating. I don’t mind waiting as he is very quick to offer friendly conversation.
The menu says «Delivery coming soon». That would be fantastic if it happens.
The cons: it is in an old gas station. There are a couple of tables, but it’s just not where I want to eat. Luckily, I live close, so I just always take out.
There’s no labneh :(it’s just a favorite of mine.
While waiting, I was chatting with the owner about the plans for the new year. It all sounds great! I will keep you posted as I see changes.
I would have scored higher but for the abbreviated menu and atmosphere. The actual food is VERY yummy.
