Mrs. Fields Cookies

Avoid this place completely if you can! I purchased a discount from living social and I was excited, as my children love cookies. The location that was the closest to me was Eastland Town Center in Harper Woods. I hate this mall. It is so rowdy and terrorist-​ridden that I am afraid for my life and those of my children. But I mustered up the courage and rode into Armageddon. After completing some shopping at Macy’s, I walked through to Mrs. Fields. I ordered my cookies and when I was ready to pay, the employee told me that she could not ring up the coupon and that the manager was the only 1 who could authorize the purchase. I was too pissed! She then proceeded to say that I could wait three hours for the manager to come in! I had to calm my children down from their cries of disappointment! What a jerk! And yes, I could have easily purchased a couple of expensive, 3 for $ 5 cookies for the babies, but the manager could have easily told the employee to just give me 15 dollars worth of cookies. Oh well! I guess we’re even, and I will be receiving a refund. There was no reason why I, the customer, should have been punished for the mis-​training of an employee! Disgusting customer service!!! :(
