Perfect Eyebrow Threading and Spa

I have had my eyebrows done better. Although in Eastland which is going down hill. It’s $ 10 and they’ve never messed up.
The staff is another story though very rude and on there own time. I never leave a tip because of the rudeness. They are usually busy except for the middle of the day in the middle of the week.

I have never gotten my eyebrows done here and here’s why. I live out of town and was visiting for the holidays. I was told by my aunt that this was the best place to get threading even though the people weren’t all that friendly. So both my mom and I drive over to Eastland, find the shop and walk in. Three employees (two girls one guy) were there two behind counter, the other in a chair, all were eating. I walked up to the counter and said «Hello.» All employees looked at me as if to say «what do you want?» The woman closest to the counter walked away and went in the back, the woman in the chair didn’t move… the guy behind the counter says «we’ll be right with you». The woman who’d previously walked to the back comes back out and says «yes». I said «I’m looking to get my eyebrows done.» She walks away again signaling to the lady in the chair and tells me to have a seat. I sat there for a minute thinking to myself… there is no way in hell I’m going to give these people my money and so I walked out. We as consumers really need to start using our dollars as our voice… the people at this shop obviously do not understand the meaning or the value of customer service… why people continue to give them money when they treat their customers like trash is beyond me…

Even though this place is inside of Eastland I chose to go here because my cousins eyebrows were LAID! I was letting my eyebrows grow back because these people in Houston messed them up and sure enough they gave my arch back.
It is down a hallway that no one frequents and when I went it wasnt a long wait. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I was anticipating on me falling out in pain. It wasnt bad at all. The lady didnt say much but she did hook me right on up. And the price is reasonable. Cant beat $ 8.
They say this is a «spa» as well but I cant confirm nor deny. I will say that I dont know where the «spa» would be located but whatever.
Give them a try. You will love your eyebrows!

This review is, in part, for Perfect Eyebrows… which makes sense, because I’m assuming that’s what you clicked on to get here. But it’s also for the eyebrow threading empire that is Eastland Center.
There are no fewer than three separate eyebrow threading places in this mall. Two are in kisoks, and the third is a full-​fledged salon (hidden in the least traveled corridor in the mall, but super convenient in terms of quick escape routes, which will be discussed in more detail in a few seconds…)
For all I know, Eastland Mall might be to eyebrow threading what NYC’s Little Italy used to be to restaurants: lots of different storefronts, but only one kitchen. Or these places might actually be real competitors, which would explain the crazy emphasis they place on giving out loyalty cards.
Either way, all three get the job done really well and at a good price— standard eyebrow threading is $ 8 across the board. I generally pick which one to go to on any given trip by quickly cruising through and determining which has no wait list. If I happen to go on a Saturday evening, I choose the salon, because Eastland Center can be a little… exciting…on the weekends, and that one is closest to the mall exit and it’s the most private.
From what I’ve seen, none of these places has a public phone number, and they don’t take appointments. But they do take credit cards. And tips are appreciated.
