I don’t have any real complaints. Stopped in to get my mum a phone(new service) and we were attended to right away. The rep got us setup and we were on our way fairly fast. I’m not an ATT customer although my mum now is I def would consider ATT.

Thank you Marium, forgive me if I mispelled her name. She assisted me in purchasing the bluetooth keyboard I’ve been hunting for. Waiting two months and looking in multiple locations I was not able to find the one that best met my needs. That changed on Monday, November 9, 2015!

05 June 2013 When I first had AT&T service I was happy! What happened to the good days? Customer service sucks! All they care about is their numbers. Not you as a costumer. Narcissistic and incompetent employees. They talk to you as though you are stupid. Yesterday I bough an iPhone to add to my account; The sales representative (Diane Hess) did not know the plans thoroughly. She told that«The A-List is no longer offered. It was discontinued two years ago.» That was a lie. I called and got the A-List reinstated. When she pulled out my iPhone out of the box. She pulled the protective cover off the phone.?? I asked her why she did that. «I’m a professional, Don’t you think I know what I am doing? I was going to clean the screen for you.» Like I said Narcissistic. I’d rather you didn’t touch it and let me put on a screen protecter myself. 1 June 2013 I took my otter box case in cause it was faulty. The sales Rep Ron. Told me that I had to take it through OtterBox to get it replaced. LIELIELIE. So yesterday when I took it back. I exchanged it. Really need better employes working there. Maybe it’s just living in the Greater Harrisburg Area. I will never return to this store again and I am considering changing wireless services.
