Rjb Towing & Recovery

My family and I were apple/​pumpkin picking Upstate and as we were coming home, the water pump for my engine blew. I called my insurance company and thankfully got a tow from a great company.
The driver, Rich, was awesome. He was understanding and helpful during a most difficult time. He informed me that his company also did engine and auto repairs. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I’m from Long Island and I’ve been living in NYC now for 8 years. It is very, very hard to find a good mechanic who is honest.
This company is just that.
I got my car back the next day and this pump is not an easy fix because it requires taking the engine apart. I also got an oil change, state inspection and gas there. Bob, the owner, is a straight shooter who cares about the happiness of his customers and the quality of his work. I will definitely be coming back to this great company the next time that I’m in a tight spot and I urge you to do the same!

If you need a tow, this is the place to go! I didn’t realize they did 24 hour towing, or else I would have called them a lot sooner. After going through hell with another towing company, and left stranded for 5 hours, we found RJB. They were extremely helpful, got to us quick and had great pricing (needed a tow from New York to CT) I just wish I called them earlier!

Excellent towing service. Very pleasant driver. Showed up earlier than anticipated and called ahead to let us know about the updated ETA beforehand. Got us and the car to the dealer in 1 piece. All in all, good stuff.
