it makes me very sad to have to rate this company with just one star. i have visited this business several times and have had wonderful massages — so much so that i bought a massage package after my first visit.
my negative rating comes from the fact that the business seems to have disappeared. mid-​may through the end of june i called, texted, and emailed hoping to make an appointment, with no response. i finally drove there, only to find that the signs had been taken down. i called again and heard a garbled message about july 1 being their last day and to call a number to redeem gift certificates before that date. however, the phone number on the message is indecipherable. i left a message and have never been called back.
to say i am disappointed would be an extreme understatement, particularly with purchases and gift certificates left unredeemed for several hundred dollars’ worth of services.
