Love it!!! But would love it if you included radishes and different sauces with the meal!

I have never written a Unilocal review but I just had to after eating at Kangnam Style. This place is absolutely amazing. They have REAL Korean food at great prices. I normally avoid getting asian food in Harrisonburg because it never tastes authentic. However, Kangnam style is 100% the real deal. Everything they make here tastes just like how my mom would make it. The owners of this food truck are also very sweet people. One night during a big thunderstorm, the lady working there personally walked all the way to my car(in the pouring rain) to deliver me my order and wished me a great day with the most genuine smile on her face.

PERFECT. I’ve been craving Kbbq so bad and this really hit the spot. There’s not many ethnic foods in Harrisonburg that’s actually good but this tops the list. It’s right near the railroad tracks and CVS. The owner(I’m assuming) was very kind. She brought out our food to the tables that are right next to the truck. I got the kangnam beef bbq. I loved the egg added to it and the sauce they have on it was great. It’s not too salty like a lot of kbbq places. My friend got the fried pork and recommends it. We also got the fries and it was delicious. The sauce they have was pretty sweet. The poster said spicy, but I didn’t taste any spiciness to it. Love love love! I’ll be back here very soon.

Holy cow!!! Get the spicy pork and fried rice! We ordered two meals and fries– for $ 16! The spicy pork is unreal. We got the spicy pork and beef and both were delicious, but I’d recommend the pork. Just a note– it didn’t say anywhere, but this is a food truck and has a few tables and benches with umbrellas, but no bathroom– in case you’re just driving through Harrisonburg.

I had read the reviews and I thought I’d give it a try. I had spent a few years in Korea and my favorite part of being there was the eats. When I saw that Harrisonburg had a Korean restaurant I got excited … sorry a food truck but very clean. Doesn’t matter the food is really great but menu is limited. Would like to see dumplings added. My wife had the Beef BBQ Burger and I had the Kangnam Beef BBQ and we shared some fries. Wife said her burger was good and I really enjoyed mine. Besides the beef BBQ which was marinated perfectly and tasted like I was in Seoul, it came with white rice with a fried egg with soft yoke which makes the rice even taste better and on the side was a little kimchi which was an extra treat. The fries were also good with the hot sauce but you get without. Next time I think I’ll do the Fried rice dinner which also looked pretty good. Nice to have a little bit of Korea close by. Saves a trip to Annandale.

Really, really good! Spicy pork burger was flavorful and spicy when it says spicy! Huge plus most places say it but don’t mean it. My girl had the beef burger to share with our daughter and it was a great mild. Hosi fries were great and makes me wonder if I’ve been eating fries the wrong way my whole life. I love food trucks and this is a great one.

Yummy, decent Korean food around the Harrisonburg area! Good portion for a really good price :) really enjoyed it. Will be coming back for sure. I was definitely full and had more than enough. I ordered their spicy pork which came with rice, salad, kimchi and a fried egg.

I was really impressed with this place! We were in town visiting family and decided to look up some food trucks. This one sounded awesome! And it was! I ordered the chicken fried rice. My husband ordered spicy bbq pork and fries. We had some friends with us that ordered two other dishes. Everything we had was wonderful! I wish this was closer to home because we could eat this everyday. The meats were wonderfully prepared. They tasted so smokey and flavorful. The cherry on top was the price! We paid around $ 15 for our two entrees and fries. The portion sizes were huge. I couldn’t even eat half of my fried rice.

Finally, real Korean food in Harrisonburg! To be honest, the solid red truck and rip on the«Gangnam Style» viral video kept me away from this truck for awhile. I’d driven by this truck a bunch of times before I finally decided to try it one day. All I can say is that this is really among the only authentic Korean food spots in Harrisonburg. I got their spicy pork platter, which came with rice, kimchi and coleslaw/salad. Everything I ate reminded me of my childhood and Korean family gatherings I would attend where I would eat almost this exact meal. The pork was well marinated, keeping the meat super juicy and flavorful. A good touch of heat and sweetness accompanied the tasty char that was on the pork. The kimchi was the cabbage variety that is most commonly found in Korean cuisine and the slaw was thinly sliced cabbage topped with a ketchup-mayo combo(which is very popular in amongst Koreans). My friend ordered their fries(which had some name that I can’t remember) that were very crispy and covered in a tangy sweet sauce. Super super amazing. The best part? The food was super cheap. My spread was $ 6(flat, tax was included in the price). Fries were only $ 3 and their burgers, which come in spicy pork or BBQ beef(bulgogi!) varieties was only $ 4.
