We called Yellow Cab twice on Saturday night, and both times they showed up within 10 minutes. The dispatcher was pleasant, and one of the drivers gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Harrisonburg.

Called last night(9÷14÷14) at 9:12 and asked for a cab for 9:45, «she said call when you need us» and hung up on me before I could say anything else. THEN I called back at 9:35 pm and asked for a cab and she said«it’ll be an hour». When I started to say that I just called and she told me to call back she hung up on me again. My aunt called back and the lady got extremely rude with her too, and when my aunt told her she needed to work on her personality because there is no reason for her to be rude her only response was«do you need a cab or not?» …we called ABC cab and they were polite and there within 15 minutes. I am calling the managers on Monday because her service was absolutely horrible, and if it were someone not ad responsible they may have said«screw it we can drive» and drove drunk because this lady was THAT rude. I will NEVER recommend them.
