If you are thinking of getting a car serviced or repaired near Hartford WI, you might want to
avoid this place. I thought I would give them a try based on the fact they had renovated an old car garage well and were offering a $ 5 discount on oil changes. I figured I should give them a try. I called and they said an oil change was $ 30. I took my car in and provided them with an oil filter, they tried to sell me synthetic oil and I declined, writing on the work order that I wanted 10W40 oil, not the $ 68 oil change. They called me to pick up the car and presented me with a bill for $ 46.23, saying they had used synthetic and given me a discount. So, even though I provided an oil filter and took their discount I still had a bill higher than anyplace I had ever used. The owner said it was his call, they don’t stock 10W40 and that synthetic was what my care needed, very arrogantly. Well you can guess where I will not be going next time.
