BEYOND AHMAZING FOOD! remodel is awesome! it’s worth the trip every single time! I’ve never had a bad meal there everybody in our family loves this place

My friend and I shared the guacamole and plantain chips which was very good. My pot roast sandwich was delicious with fresh mozzarella and blue cheese aioli. My crème brule coffee was to die for. A little pricey for the area but the food was tasty.

Stopped in for lunch with my family. I had a Chicken Salad sandwich with chips and a cup of the Pot Pie soup, my wife had Arrvederci Roma panini, chips, and Chicken Dumpling soup, the little guy had Mac & Cheese and fruit, and the mother in law had a cup of the Chicken Dumpling soup.
Our server was a little out of it, not sure what her deal was. She was getting things mixed up and forgot the soup for my mother in law entirely. She didn’t have any idea how to pronunce my wife’s sandwich either.
Service was slow and confusing, I counted 4 different people that attended our table: the server, someone who brought the food, someone who took care of our bill, and someone who asked if we needed a box. Not really sure who is taking care of you.
My soup was good tasting, but it was luke warm. My wife’s was steaming hot, so not sure, but I expect soup to be served hot, not kind of warm.
My chicken salad was just OK, it appeared to have been just placed in a food processor, it was more like a spread. Not what I am accustomed to for Chicken Salad – most of the time it is either in chunks or shredded. I didn’t really care for the texture but it tasted ok, but instead of being cold, it was like warm or room temperature.
My wife’s sandwich was good.
I wasn’t really very impressed with the food or service – I might give it another try, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to make it here. Since there are very few restaurants in Hartford, I’m assuming it does well because of that. It is 1000% than Mineshaft, but that’s not saying much!

Stopped in on a very busy Saturday afternoon and to my delight found a diamond in the rough. This place is amazing! Even with the chaos of the day, all of the staff I encountered were overly friendly.
The food? I am happy to say was out of this world. I have had many a Monte Cristo sandwich and this was far and above the best. The plantain chips and homemade guacamole appetizer were delectable and my cocktail was superb!
The interior decorations are charming and the bathrooms are worth a stop to see. The walls are literally covered in motivation.
Definitely a place to seek out if you are in the area!

Chicken Panini is my favorite. Coffee is fantastic. Have taken clients there and they come back asking to again. A gem for Hartford.

The Perc Place moved. Right next door. Bigger and even better! Now open for dinner as well. Best place in Hartford in my opinion. Seems most people are unaware they are open for dinner as traffic was light, but service was great and food still very wonderful. I had pasta special which was incredible. My colleague had burger which is apparently ground up right in their kitchen. He said it was very good. Lighting was a little too bright for evening meal, but other than that I loved the atmosphere. Still fun wait staff.

Great place for coffee and bite. Had the Mayan and a chicken wrap… which was fantastic. Atmosphere and staff was wonderful. Highly recommend trying.

Hartford is full of surprises and this is just one of them. I have eaten here several times now… Each time ordering off the menu something needing customizing… And each time willingly complied with a smile never and never a «we can’t !»
Menu says lunch and breakfast only at certain times, but again they are willing to do what ever to make everyone happy!
Today had the tuna melt and it was excellent not being your ordinary tuna and mayo. Tuna was mixed with capers, and lemon zest that made it pop with flavor. Super fresh, bread was buttered and pressed perfectly. It was another wonderful surprise from this little gem.
Fresh, fast and friendly.
The actually have real coffee and espresso too! This is place to grab coffee in town… Hopefully they’ll never be a Starbucks with in 20 miles of here!

Cozy little coffee house that serves up gourmet style breakfast and lunches. The Mayan mocha is my personal favorite. You can find things such as quiches, wraps, stuffed French toast, and so many other unusually good things. Their homemade soups are to die for and especially good on the cold Wisconsin days.

All kinds of choices. Wish I could eat more. My favorite place to be for breakfast and brunch. Wish I could eat here more.
