I dont know what it is about Louisiana and costumer service. Point blank its non existent. The rudest state i have ever visited. Especially from the women. There is no such thing as southern hospitality. I ordered a basic #7 and asked for ketchup 3 times. I am very polite i say please and thank you even if you are not. She threw the ketchup in my hands like i was hassling her. I am from out of town California to be exact. And i thought it was bad back home. Never again.

I used the drive thru, and I was told to pull up and wait for my order. After waiting for a long while, I went inside to check on the status. I found that an employee was on her way to(finally) bring me my oatmeal… only to find that it was made incorrectly. They had also forgotten a different item altogether. So I had to wait even longer for a new, corrected oatmeal and the item that was left out. It was a big waste of time, and I should have gone somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place no stars. 2 months ago I went here with my kids because they like chicken nuggets and playgrounds and I like air conditioning. Ordered a 20 piece and a sweet tea. The cashier was super rude. Then the sweet tea was out, the manager(?) and the cashier were in a heated discussion over gossip so I stood there ignored until an employee who was on lunch grabbed my cup and went in the back to get me some tea. The chicken nuggets come up and we hit the play spot. Sit down and give my kids the chicken nuggets. They eat some and tell me that the nuggets are weird. Bit one and find out they’re under cooked! So back up to the counter I go. Manager and cashier are still gossiping. Explain the situation and ask for my money back. They offer me new nuggets. LOLNO. So she refunds the nuggets but only gives me back half the money since my kids ate/spit out 5 nuggets. Then wants me to sign the receipt saying I got the whole amount back. NOPE! Go home call McDonalds Customer Service line. The next day I’m contacted by a district supervisor who says he’ll send me a gift card for my trouble. Cool. Fast forward a month — still no gift card. Call back customer service. They say they’ll contact the franchisee and see what’s up. No response. Wait and week and call them AGAIN. Rinse and repeat x3. Finally point out that I’ve called 5 times and ask what corporate could do for me. They say they’ll send out some free coupons. What did I get? 2 coupons for a 6 piece. I originally ordered a 20 piece and I still have to go back to this place to get my money worth. UGH! Seriously skip this McDonalds.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, which says a lot for any American. 11 cars in no particular order all crammed in the parking lot after being told to pull over and wait for your food. The reason? No French fries! I almost thought I was being Punk’d.

What ever happened to customer service. Drove through kinda late(11pm) and was charged three times for a 4.39 meal. «Oh sorry Sir, we are training a new employee and didn’t realize I swiped your card three times. Can I get you a free apple pie for your troubles?» HMM14.25 Charge and they are offering a free dollar product. Yeah I think not. still have not received a refund to date. What ever happened to customer service?
