You don’t get what you pay for! Buyer beware and bring a scale– they do not accurately weigh their meats. We used to eat there 1 – 2 times a week. I was very patient in resolving this issue and reported this to upper management and corporate. The problem has not been resolved and actually has become comical. I was personally reassured by upper management that when I picked up my orders it would be exact or more. Not once, but twice (after it was reported) I was cheated several ounces, again. I added it all up, they made a profit on over a pound (the meat that I was cheated). Can you imagine the profit this location is making on each patron by cheating a few ounces here and there? I am disappointed that I am not a patron any longer because it was convenient and good BBQ!
If you do try this location remind the prep line: 1 pound = 16 oz. 1 meat = 4 oz. 2 meats = 8 oz. 3 meats = 12 oz. 4 meats = 16oz.
And ditto on the other comments. Always out of sides and drinks.

Not impressed. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude to customers as well as other staff. Isn’t bbq supposed to be served warm? Tried 2 different meats, both were cold. The hottest item served was the bbq sauce. Won’t be going back. Very disappointed!

Fast, friendly and kids eat free on Sundays! This is our go to after church! I wish it was a little larger inside but we have never had trouble finding seating.

Liked it better than the other Dickey’s. New, fresh, friendly staff. Loved the pulled pork, potato salad and okra. Give it a try.
