The food was not the problem. We ordered online at 11:30 and went to pick up our order at 12:00. When we got there it took like 5 minutes for someone to even come from the back of the restaurant to acknowledge us. Then when we went to pay for our order the cashier informed us they were out of garlic Parmesan wings and said we needed to switch our order. At this point they hadn’t even started working on our food. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get our food, which shouldn’t have been the case since we ordered ahead of time. Then while we were waiting one of the employees was screaming at another employee on the phone, threatening to fire them. I found that unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to listen to that.
