I head to The Food Train when they’re parked behind 101 Hartwell Ave in Lexington (bordering Bedford).
Sweet Ginger panini was delish — rich in flavor, plenty of protein, and not greasy (yay!). Nice simple menu with something for meat-​eaters and vegetarians. On Hartwell Ave, the truck is parked next to a small patio /​garden area with a few tables with chairs – a nice quiet spot for a relaxing break from the workday.
