I went there 4−2−16 and order the blue berry pancakes and hash Browns that my fave go to breakfast and ordered a apple juice and the waitress ask if I wanted a large one I said yes and it wasn’t that large and it cost $ 2.50 so I had to order another with food at$ 2.50 that is outrageous and the wait staff could be a lot more friendlier and come back to check on me to see how my food was over it was ok not outstanding I will try it again after I try other in the city first

Overall fair. A bit overpriced for breakfast food. Service was very good and the larger than it appears from the outside.

Been coming here on and off over the years. Was very surprised today when I brought one of my kids for breakfast and was going to be charged extra for them to remove something from my kids plate(for health reasons). I was clear that I didn’t want anything substituted, nothing added, etc. To make matters even worse the waitress, Linda, then relayed the scenario to the kitchen staff, was put off by it(and was kinda making fun of it, as who as I to be annoyed by being charged extra for removing something). Other similar nearby restaurants(Eggies, Live Free or Diner, The Breakfast Place. etc.) do not charge extra to remove a yolk from a fried egg, but more importantly aren’t put off my the request.

Great food and service and would’ve been 5 stars if they opened earlier. They’re a breakfast place but don’t open till 7am(I think). The hours are not posted online and I drive by daily and there’s no one there around 6. I’d like to be able to eat there before work some mornings.

Based on the other reviews, I am assuming that I just happened to be there on an off day, and here’s why: I came around noon ish on a weekday when school got out for a ½ day, the place was pretty full and included tons of tables with high school kids who just got outta school so it was probably unusually busy for a weekday. There was only one poor waitress for the entire place. Someone apparently called in sick and left this poor lady high and dry, so let’s just say it was more than slow, even though the lady was really sweet, it was obviously just too much for one person. We got lunch. It took over an hour, which really stunk as we were on a time crunch. I got grilled cheese and fries and it was fine, although a little puny. Looking at the other meals in my party, i wasn’t too impressed with the value. Whatever they used for an oil in the fryolator made me have a slight bellyache. but that’s typical for me.

Pretty decent place to get some breakfast(especially if you had a few the night before). They offer the standard diner breakfast options and they are a cash-only establishment(which I normally tend to avoid). However, last time we were there the waitress sat down to eat(facing away from us) and it took forever to take our money and return our change. We haven’t been back since, unfortunately.

My gf and I love this place and we think this is one of the best places around. Good service, friendly staffs, and good food. Sometime the wait is long but it is worth it.

A solid breakfast establishment across the river in Bradford, MA. Family run, this small, but surprisingly large inside, offers traditional breakfast fare to the local crowd. Pancakes the size of hubcaps! Yes, it appears that bigger plates were brought in for these babies! My egg & cheese & meatloaf sandwich on a flaky cresquent roll was decent. Canned hash and cheese omlettes, ham, bacon, sausages, steak tips, and even breakfast burritos were offered. Quick and attentive service, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other local eateries.
