Reliable, honest and competent. Our washer appeared to be leaking. Rick returned my call, came that day and after checking things out, explained that the water leak came from a plumbing problem. He explained the problem thoroughly. He didn’t charge us for the service call since there was nothing there for him to fix. I appreciate that since I expected to pay for his time. (It is not lost on me that he could have charged me for the unnecessary replacement of a hose, pump or valve.) I will certainly call him again!

Came to fix our dyer and told us he needed to order a part to repair it. Charged us $ 80. A month later comes with the part an installed it and the dyer still wouldn’t work. He ordered another part this time it has been like a month and a half, he won’t return our calls. He NEVER answers his phone you always need to leave a message so he will call you back.
