If I could give it zero stars I would. Place my order at 10:55am expecting to get the breakfast coffee deal. When I get to the register to pay they told me because the I paid at 11:03 that I have to pay for the coffee. Asked a manager and she just shrugged her shoulder and said that’s policy. Needless to say I walked out without a sandwich and went up the street to another subway where they gladly made me a breakfast sandwich and included a coffee. I live a block from here and would rather drive a little than to deal with these incompetent employees

Terrible service. Guy owner is always there watching over an all female staff, making sure they give as little veggies as possible. I got the 6 inch of the day 3.50, turned it into a chopped salad +2.00 which I’ve done at 5 other subways which means i know they do it, and he charges me the regular 6 inch price, raising it another 2.00. Penny pinching piece of ****. I recommend you spend your money else where, where customers matter more than the money in the manager’s pocket

I come here all the time! Service & employees are great. I used a coupon here yesterday for«buy a footlong and drink, and get one free» & the employee took it. She called me over to the counter a few minutes later saying her boss called her and was getting her in trouble for handing out free sandwhiches.

This Subway location has no restroom no place to wash your hands before and after you eat… I have been to many subway with restroom ‘s … Never never again will I come to this one… the web site said open to 10pm the close at 9:30 pm … Most places increase hours during the holidays wtf… this one decreases the hours if I could give no stars I would

I had very bad experience in this subway today and one of the workers was sweeping at the table I was eating at and I told her can she wait till we’re done eating and she just stared at me an continued on and also my teriyaki chicken was cold and when I let the owner know she said well I can put it in the microwave for you or the toaster and I was like damn thats all i get but I know next time not to come here ever again.

The people here DONOT know their specials. I asked for the breakfast combo and I got charged the regular amounr for a flat bread. The girl said it would be an extra $ 1 for egg whites. Why would I pay another dollar when it comes with the breakfast? Then when she realized her mistake, she took half my meat off-_____– that was her mistake. It was rude. I will not be coming back

The most comprehensive review you will ever need to read. I have taken the time out of my life to write my first-ever review on because of this subway franchise. I was once a frequent customer at this subway, until I began to notice the little details about how bad their service is. App-Purchases. I can personally justify the comments made by other reviewers about this franchise’s faulty app system. When I used to frequently eat here, I was intrigued about using the app to make a purchase. I wanted the free cookie. I spoke to the franchise owner and he said the store has several systems in place to make sure the order will be received. He mentioned that they will receive a fax and also a phone notification, so they will never miss an app purchase. The first time I ordered via app, it went fine. I got the cookie and everything was great. The second time, they forgot the cookie. Unfortunately, I was not vigilant enough to notice before arriving at home. The third time, though, was terrible. I made the purchase for pick-up thirty minutes after I sent the request. I went to the restaurant 10 minutes before my pick-up time just to make sure I got the order. I sat in a chair where I could see them making the sandwiches for 20 minutes, hoping to watch them make my order and see it ready and prepared before I made a comment that I was ready to pick it up. Unfortunately, that never happened. I then spoke with the manager and inquired about my order. She said that they did not receive the order. I was a bit frustrated because I received the email confirmation. I told her so and she advised me to place my order again in-person. This was very frustrating because I didn’t have the time, plus I already wasted time waiting for my initial order. I also didn’t want to go through the whole process again, which I did via the app. Quantity of toppings: While waiting for my order to be prepared, there was a husky gentleman entering the«topping» phase of the restaurant. The customer mentioned to the sandwich artist that he wanted«a lot» of olives. The sandwich artists’ response was ¼ of a fist-full of olives, which equates to one olive per inch. The customer was visibly angered by this and had to recite to the artist«more» 5 additional times. This made me recollect about all the times that I had ordered toppings from here and realize that the restaurant was definitely less than generous on their toppings. Whether this is the result of management, the artist, or weakness matters not. I can’t generalize for all the times they make sandwiches, but it definitely is my experience that they are less giving than other franchises that I’ve visited. Company-wide Promotions: Ultimately, I complied and went in line to place the order, since I was hungry. When I went back in line, I said that I wanted the Meatball Marinara, which is the $ 5 Footlong February deal. The sandwich artist began to make my sub when I questioned if the sub was indeed $ 5. He said it wasn’t. I looked around the store and saw that there were no $ 5 meatball marinara posters anywhere throughout the store. This was surprising to me since I knew this was a company-wide promotion, and because I had placed the app purchase for the same item and it came out to be $ 5. Ultimately, this was the final straw for my visit, so I decided to leave and buy some other food for sustenance. Employee Relations: On my way out of the store, I had noticed a «Hiring» sign. When I began thinking about all the other times I visited this franchise, I realized that there has always been a «Hiring» sign and that no same artist had made my sub for the past 6 months that I have been eating here. While I don’t know the details nor do I want to assume anything, it does seem a bit suspicious why this franchise cannot retain employees. I cannot speak to whether management makes employees stay past government mandated times. Ownership: The franchise owner is an older Middle-Eastern man. I can confirm that he tends to stare at his workers and customers behind the register while an order is being prepared. Personally, I didn’t see this as being creepy. If I was an owner, I’d be vigilant and critical of what is happening in my store. If you, as a customer, are uncomfortable with people staring, grow some self-confidence. Food Quality: I have always thought the food served to me here was fresh. It was only once I read the reviews that I began to have doubts, yet I have only read reviews after my final visit to this subway. I cannot speak to the food quality, then again, I am not the most picky eater. Overall, this store is terrible because of its customer service, which is a significant part of the dining experience. It is, by far, the worse subway I have ever been to, which is a pretty huge undertaking since I love my $ 5 foot longs so much. Instead, I recommend frequenting the Subway in the Long Beach Town Center. While I’ve never eaten there, it can’t possibly be worse.

The reviews below are very true. Manager realllllyyyy stares at you as if the costumers are about to rob their bread or chips, or something. Like NO. The workers piss me off when they ask me «anything else» and put the smallest portion, like the size of my toe. So I constantly have to ask them to add a little more like 7 times. Especially when I ask for spinach… The bitch put 5 pieces on my FOOTLONG. They really tryna save their veggies as if the worlds about to end. AND when I ordered my sandwich my chicken breast was still raw inside… UHHHHNO.(*negative stars to the 10th power*)

Today was the second time that I order online and when I get there my order is not even ready. I even make sure I get there 10 minutes after my order suppose to be ready. The worker told me that the order are made when the costumer arrives due to some people order online but never pick up food. My thinking is why support online order if you wont have it ready. Also, reading the reviews I see that they sometime serve pas due items. Well one day I order Flat bread and I saw one employee ask the owner a question, the owner said yes, then the employee went to the back and took a flat bread from the back and put it on the microwave. Now that I think, that is probably not the procedure to unfreezing bread, plus SUBWAY suppose to serve bread that’s baked in the store, right? My bread was hard and broken. NOTGOOD. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. The manager there just stands around and stares at you awkwardly and they use expired food. The bread is sometimes stale and old. They’re supposed to change out the soup and cookies every few hours but they don’t. And too often I’ve seen the manager being disrespectful to the employees. Just an overall horrible experience.

This subway should be permanantly shut down. The owners make the employees work after clocking out, make them pay for damaged food, missing cash, or broken equippment. The food is old, because they do not want to throw anything away. I watched the owner tell another worker to empty an old bag of lettuce into a new container with a new date on it! i havent eaten at a subway since. I wish i could give negative stars.
