Purchased some prescription eye glasses at this pharmacy. Had my contacts on when purchased, when put them on at home they were too strong. Took them back for an exchange 3 days later for a lesser power. I could not find receipt and was told very quickly without hesitation, they could not help me. Have been taking my client there for years for his medication. Very disappointed.

I love this pharmacy. Not sure where the ride Spanish comments are coming from. I do not speak Spanish and yes they do speak Spanish there when needed to. They’re nice to everyone. The pharmacist tells you exactly how to take the medication. No complaints here.

I’m not sure what the prior reviewer is saying. As far as I know, the owner is not Spanish-speaking. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The store has a lot of loyal customers. They take most insurances and are willing to work with you to help you find what you need. Are you perhaps thinking of Aloha Pharmacy in Westminster?

My husband and I went to Aloha Drug Store in Hawthorne, yesterday, in the rain, and it was busy. We found a humidifier, but they were out of the liquid steam. The lady clerk was very helpful and offered to order it for us. The clerks were all friendly, as were the customers. I would go back.

Unless you speak Spanish, they(including the owner) will be quite rude. My mom and I bought a diabetes test kit for my dad and after the pharmacist told her which one to buy, we still had to return an hour later because they were incredibly inept and sold us the wrong kit. After 30 minutes of endless running around on their part they couldn’t help us. Never did they smile, in fact at one point one worker gave my mom and I full blown attitude for no reason.
