Awful experience! Zero stars. I know it sounds trite, but I rarely if ever write reviews. I had to sign up with Unilocal to write this because I felt obligated to let people know the truth. I will never go back but I feel obligated to let others know so they don’t have the same experience. I read reviews and was misled. They write their own glowing reviews on YP. I found someone who used to work there (after the fact). It makes sense when going back and all of the reviews are complete sentences and stress the same qualities. They also use all caps to accentuate. Don’t trust them. They also kept asking me to write them «positive» reviews only. I’ve never been intimidated by a dental visit until I went here. Awful! They seemed so nice over the phone and the hygienist was nice enough hut then the dentist comes to see you… Just wait. I apparently needed invisiline, 7 fillings removed, Botox every three months in my jaw for clenching, and a mouth guard… Haha! They were telling me this with a straight face. I was laughing inside thinking, «do you think I’m a fool? Do you hear yourselves?» I was shocked and could not get out fast enough. Ive seen many other dentists and I never needed any of these things. Also they were pressuring me to pay for all of those procedures that day for a 10% discount. It was beyond bizarre. My cleaning came out up be $ 420!!! They made me pay it there and now I have to get reimbursed through my insurance. Also when i called to find out if they took my insurance before my appt they told me yes no problem. I found out after the visit they were out of network. Which they conveniently didn’t tell me because they can charge more $. They wouldn’t let me leave with the costs of the procedures they were suggesting. I wanted to run them by my insurance company. This dentist is a modern day sheister. I posted it on a local page in Hawthorne asking if anyone had a similar experience and bounds of people told me to run as fast as I could from this place. People who know the dentist say he isn’t quite right (in the head). After meeting him I totally understand. Look elsewhere!!! Terrible experience. My jaw still hurts from where he pressed his finger to try to prove I needed a mouth guard. No, I just need you to get your damn finger out of my mouth you sociopath! Very, very weird place. Never had an experience like it before.

Terrible rip off. Bill you the difference between what they billed the insurance and agreed to accept and what they received Horrible.

Does not check with insurance. charges top dollar for discount quality work.
