I got x-​rays and a cleaning. Dr. Ortiz did the initial deep exam herself and educated me on the proper way to brush to ensure all plaque would be brushed away in the problem areas. She went through and noted each tooth, as well as measuring the gum at each tooth. The office staff was very friendly and professional. As a bonus, Dr. Oritz has a t.v. set up on the ceiling to take your mind off of any discomfort. Finally, and most importantly, I received an honest consultation regarding my teeth. She is professional, thorough, and kind, and I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz for dental care.
