Providence Medical Institute – Hawthorne Primary Care

This review is for Dr Williams. I wanted so bad for this doctor to be good but he just don’t care about the patient.
The appearance of the duo clinic is nice and clean he staff is nice. I have been going to him for about 2 years. He isn’t a real hands on type of person. You just tell him what your symptoms are and he will tell you the medication he recommends. And you make the decision if you want him to call it to your pharmacy. Even if you have female concerns and you tell himthe stmptoms. He diagnosis you, call prescription in, instead of a examination
There now paperless and you suppose to be able to address your concerns to the doctor through email and he will respond. Well he never response back and when you email or call. You call and tell nurses about the doctor not calling you back, she just says I am so sorry. He is just so busy. (They seemed embarrassed because this ispronably the norm)
The only way you can talk to him or get your results is make another appointment and pay your co-​pay. That sucks ain’t no one got no money like that.
I told the doctor I am frustrated with you about your return call or email policy. He said. he is busy, and it’s best if you make a follow-​up appointment for results or to talk to me. I said, that’s not right, my health is important I and why should i have to pay another copay for results or be ignored. There’s some conditions that run in my family that need attention or can be preventive if I stay on it. He said your right and started going over those things.
He is just a co-​pay, unconcerned doctor. Where are the good doctors at?
I am very frustrated with ths doctor.
