Wendy’s

Came here for a quick lunch after visiting Lowe’s (across the street). Plenty of parking but it does get a little crazy at lunch time.
Decided to go inside even though the drive thru was surprisingly light. Edna took my order. I wanted to compensate for my crappy microwave popcorn dinner that I had the night before. I like the Baconators but decided to try Dave’s Hot ‘N Juicy ¾ lb. Triple w/​cheese large combo.
For my drink I got the blackberry lemonade. It has actual blackberry purée. A little more of the blackberry purée would’ve made it even better. I guess it depends on who makes the drink for you. It is a nice refreshing drink on a hot Summers day.
The burger was a delight. The meat was juicy, dripping with cheese. I inhaled it and even added a few french fries inside the burger (a thing I used to do in high school and the Army to finish my food quicker).

I have been here several times the service is slow but today was the worst. I was in the drive thru for 20 min. For them to tell me they had no regular chicken nuggets, no sprite, no frosty. I would be smart if management would put up a sign or have someone in that long drive thru to let people know their menu was limited. I am done not coming back to this location.

Just… Don’t! It’s not worth your time or money. Slow understaffed service, poorly made (already cheap) product, smells dirty, rude customer service… 20MINUTE+ Drive Thru wait??? Really?

Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes to place an order in the drive tru. Very slow. Will not be stopping here again. Thanks but no thanks

Don’t even stop there to dam slow fries are cold after we requested them a little more crunchy my burger looked super plain… I say to much talking and no work.

Will never go here again. Soda machine was broken but the employee still gave me cups, they are slow, with attitudes and will mess your order up.

Just waited in line for literally 27 MINUTES to have my order taken in drive thru! I only get a half hour lunch break and just spent all of it in line. I normally would go in but the inside was packed as well. If you expect FAST food avoid this place!!!

This was great for fast-​food. Beyond the excessively long line (about 8 cars when I arrived), the staff was friendly. They waited kindly as I took 3 minutes in the drive-​thru to determine what I wanted. I paid and they provided me my food made as accurately as I requested. They did things with a smile also. I know this is probably a minimum-​wage low paying job, but the staff here was good. Outside of the long lines that would normally deter a hungry person away, this was a very friendly and likeable fast-​food experience.

I’m pissed! This is the 2^nd freaking time in a month that I went to this Wendy’s, waited in the drive thru line over 15 minutes, to get to the pick up window to be told they don’t have the item! They don’t even have the decency to tell you when you order so you could possibly have rider something else. Tonight they did not have chili or baked potatoes!!! Can you believe that?!? I come here all the time– NO MORE

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 10 nuggets! I get to the window they tried to charge me for someone else’s order. I’ve gone inside before not the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Customer service sucks as well. Fries are whack too they don’t taste the same as they do at other Wendy’s locations.

They rush here and mess up/​miss things from your order most times. Always check your order b4 leaving

This Wendy’s is crap for one reason. They people they hire. I get it. You hire who ever cause turn around is high bla bla. I have been here 3 days straight and ordered the same thing and it’s been wrong every time. Jr. bacon cheese burger only meat and cheese. They can’t do it. First time no bacon then no cheese then nothing but a blt. The chicken is good and frys too. But they just don’t listen. I will not be returning even for a drink.

Useless to me if you’re not open by 8:00am. Who needs coffee after 9:00? Not working people… maybe Wendy’s target market are retired seniors. They have an insanely huge potential clientele at the metro green line station 100 yards away… and they piss that all away to open at 9am. It’ll be out of business in 6 months.

You know what you are going to get here. I prefer Wendy’s over most of the chains. Spicy chicken anything is normally what I like to get. The chicken wrap was warm on the inside with a cold tortilla, take that how you eant. I see it as they actually warmed up the chicken separately and assembled it, so it’s not a terrible thing. Workers aren’t particularly enthusiastic but they aren’t quite notorious for that so not gonna fault them since they weren’t rude.
With low expectations and knowing I am not putting much nutrition in my body, it’s my regular place to come

FOOD POISONING ALERT
Became violently ill due to food poisoning. The «raspberry chiller» drink was the cause. The drink or certain ingredients were not kept at proper temperatures resulting in bacterial growth. The staff are not the best trained and the management does not appear to be the most competent to handle basic food safety .
Contacted Wendy’s corp, never received a response.

Cashier working the drive-​thru window tonight has the personality of a dried turd. While taking my order, she sounded as if she were asleep. No greeting; hands me a lemonade and just says, «Here you go.» WTF!!! When she handed my bag, I snatched it and drove off without uttering a single word. No customer service skills, whatsoever.

Good place, to eat wendys. :) good customer service and fast on the food :)
My friends buns were a bit cold… Tho.
And cashiers were a bit slow.

Have you had a Wendy’s burger lately? They were already pretty good but then they made some improvements. Starting with the buns, they’re now warmer and crunchier being buttered and put through a toaster. They’re trained to not smash down on the meat as much (I think they give it two mashes per side now instead of eight or something like that) so it’s juicer and retains more of the flavor. The lettuce is crispier and they’re using less pickles and onions to focus on the burger taste. It works. The fries are also better and they use sea salt.
Wendy’s still makes some of the best chill. The baked potatoes have always been good and they have a bunch of salad options.
This one is located right off the 105. It’s not the greatest location but it works if you’re passing through. Get off at the exit, pick up your grub and get back on.
