Great Escapes

I wish I knew the name of the gorgeous pregnant woman that waited on me today, but unfortunately I don’t. I just wanted to let her know that I’ve been to MANY stands in the area & she was by far the friendliest & fastest! On top of that she remembered my whole order without asking 2x (16oz white coffee quad shot latte with almond milk & (her wonderfully suggested flavor of pumpkin spice white chocolate). She even asked what temp I would like my latte & actually made it that temp (120 degrees). She has FAR surpassed SO many baristas that have tried & horribly failed. She has NO idea how much I appreciated this experience when so many others have gone badly & made me stop going to stands for a VERY long time. By the way, her price was pretty nice too. ;-)

Horrible customer service, especially from the girl with short blonde hair. I’d give more detail but she’s snotty, short and seems like she hates her job. Coffee is never consistent, taste burnt almost every time! Also, the wait time forever! Stay away.

Stopped at this place to get a drink on the way home with the family. They were great very polite and got our drinks quickly. I will be back for sure

I lived in Hayden and LOVED going here! I now live in Post Falls and nothing else compares! Every time I’m in the area I have to stop by and get a coffee. They blend them fresh in front of you, not a pre-​mix stuff like Dutch Bros or other coffee stands. Their mint chocolate granita is my favorite!

There is a reason this local business is called GREAT Escapes. They really live up to their namesake!

Best coffee stand in Hayden… PERIOD.
These ladies are always friendly, fast and the coffee is consistently good. The owner, Billy, and the other gals remember your name and drink if you’re a regular and sometimes even have it waiting for you by the time you get to the window, if there’s a line. I’ve noticed that the prices are a little below average for lattes and mocha’s compared with other stands around town that I venture to. If that is not a good enough bonus, then here’s another… you buy less drinks to get one free on their punch card. If I’m jonesing for a tasty latte on my way to work, this is the place that I stop for fast and friendly service.
