Called at the last minute, never knowing anything about this salon. I was surprised to find that they could get me an appt in 1 hour. Yes that seemed to be a bit strange, but I was greeted by 2 very friendly beauticians, Julie and the owner.
Julie was great, asked me all kinds of questions and asked about my concerns. He had me double check on the colors that I wanted and from there, she created custom colors for me. She even explained how bad my mid-​shaft was damaged from being over processed at some point in the past. For everything that she did with 4 colors, deep conditioning, cut & style it was less expensive that what I have been paying YES EVEN with TIP!
I’ll be happy to say that i will be a repeat customer! Tell her that Heather R sent you in!
