The company I trust. Very reliable property management company people you can trust. For me and families will surely use them for our property management. Thanks to this husband and wife who is very hard working and very supportive.

We’ve been with Carolyn and Adolph Ward for over 4 years going on 5 years in January 2015 at the same property. We’ve had repairs that were fixed ASAP. Some were done on an emergency when our valve was leaking in our upstairs toilet and was done first thing in the morning. We had numerous repairs such as our garage door, refrigerator, washer, and dryer and all were done within a few days or sooner.
We have the convenience to pay online or drop in at the office which is great to see them just to say hello. We’ve been looking for a bigger place and don’t wish to go with anyone else, so from time to time they’ll give us a courtesy call and let us know if we’re interested in other properties that are soon to be available.
I don’t always give 5 stars but they give me no reason to give them any less. Very friendly people and we don’t have any issues. We thank Adolph and Carolyn for always looking out for us.
