Best Way Limo is indeed the BEST! They have brand new beautiful cars… no town cars for them, shiny SUVs and so much more.
My driver was courteous, friendly, humorous, prompt and kept in touch with me as my
plane was late on arrival and I had problems with luggage pick up. He welcomed me by grabbing my luggage from the curb and whisking me away out of the rain and cold, arrived home safe and sound! BWL is the best way to travel I will choose them over and over again. You should too!

Best Way Limo is the worst limo service; they should be called Worst Way Limo. It was horrible service. They failed to communicate in a proper, respectful manner. We were on the phone with the manager of the company all night trying to get them to simply go to the 2 addresses. Not only did they waste our time all night, they left us stranded 2 hours before the time we had paid for (we paid for the bus until 2 am and they left us at 12 am).

Booking my 21^st birthday party bus with this company was such a great decision!
At first i was so confused with so many options to choose from, but this one was totally worth it!
–First off if you book with this company ask for driver Lamont he was SO helpful and organized he made my night one to remember
–30 passenger bus
–bus was on time
–bus was clean and brand new leather with gold pole!
–everything on bus was touch screen
–company provided ice, cups, napkins, etc
–Oh and MOST importantly to me the audio on the bus was PERFECT! Since we all like the bass real loud ;)
We drove from castro valley to San Francisco smooth sailing, i will definetly be booking another bus with them for any future occasions!
