Best day to come to Costco is the day after Christmas and Superbowl Sunday at kick-​off! woo-hoo…walked in about 3:55 p.m. and parking was effortless, gas lines short, and optical department had no wait! Today is my lucky day!
Rosalina helped me the last 3 years on the same day and she rocks! She exemplifies excellent customer service: she’s quick, efficient, friendly and patient while i choose my glass frames… i hate wearing glasses so I’m pretty no-​nonsense but she helped me pick from a couple which is appreciated… got all my optical needs taken care of in 15 minutes… year supply of contacts with a $ 25 gift card, 2 frames (with $ 30 off the 2nd pair)…BAM! Done!
Now off to other shopping… pretty easy to navigate without the lame people blocking the aisles to try a cracker… come on people… never had a cracker? or that irish cheese? Doritos sample? really?!! Well there was quite a line at the tri-​tip table which i avoided…
Food court had no wait… again, best time to come!

I wanted to give you a no star just because your shipping department sucks on delivering. EVERY DRIVER you send to my employer’s business they always forget to add everything on the pallet. I have to send back your driver to get all the line items they missed on my packing slip. You need to hire people with good eye. I hate having to babysit, its not necessary! It’s a freaking business, you get more than $ 500 or more a month from us! We don“t deserve this crappy service!

A household of 2 people should not be shopping at these buy-​by-​bulk stores, but I can’t help it! The prices makes it irresistible. Granted that a bag of Ling Ling pot stickers may last me an entire year before I finish it. It’s still worth it!
This is the only Costco that I shop at. It’s packed but not as packed as the one in San Leandro. I mostly go during off hours so its not like a cattle herd in this store. The products that they stock here are pretty good, however, they don’t sell sushi. I’ve only seen it sold in the SOMA San Francisco location, I guess there are more fancy sushi eaters in that location.
Otherwise, I come here for my usual items of eggs, fresh chicken, Soju juice, and everything else that goes on sale! Sales are hard to resist because it’s that good! Oh, and gas too. I come here for my monthly fill-​up. Such a bargain. I use to resist being a Costco member but now I love it.

Good people.
Easy to fill gas. They keep promotional products in selected places and it makes it easy to shop. When I need help it is a problem sometime. I need to come to customer service. Good walking.

I got a 53″ teddy bear for $ 29.99.
A huge jumbo pumpkin for $ 6.99.
Desserts and pastries, $ 5.99 each.
A bush of mums for the fall, because they’re in season, $ 15.00.
Rotisserie chicken $ 4.99.
I can keep going. Everything is just so big and cheap!!!
I go here for my staples, eggs (always cheaper than the regular grocery stores). Milk, comes in like a 3 pack, rice,
And cooking oil. I always load up on my everyday staples because you get more bang for your buck and good quality!
