Rude and unfriendly manager on duty. Older asian lady. Not going back there. I’ll continue at children’s place

I recently got a haircut, and this review will be as short as my hair. o_​O
I went here with my family on Sunday.

The T-​shirt that my wife bought our son was only $ 6.53 with tax.
Other items are comparable in price, and sales regularly occur here.
Customer Service: ¹⁰⁄₁₀.
As good as it gets (it’s really telling that I never give a score for customer service– it’s because of this category that I’m giving scores for everything else too).
My wife and I are always greeted right away, and all the cashiers we’ve encountered have been helpful and cheerful.
On Sunday, one of the cashiers didn’t bat an eye when we indicated that we were going elsewhere (my wife later returned to buy the T-​shirt). She even consulted the other cashier, and she made a good suggestion.
I think the young women here actually try too hard, but I’m a grumpy old man (I don’t really care if I’m greeted or not).

Ambiance/​Design: ⁶⁄₁₀.
This is a cute and perky store (it’s also kept clean), but it’s rather small and cramped. It’s just hard to move around.
I tried to be careful, but I lightly bumped into a few things while pushing my son in his stroller on Sunday. There’s just not much room.
Selection: ⁸⁄₁₀.
A lot of shirts are sold here, but not many pants.
It’s also easy to look through the whole store in only a minute or two.
On the plus side, the clothing designs are modern and cool.
This is a small, but otherwise solid, store.
