I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and I’ve had a few problems with the washers and dryers but there is always someone here i can talk to. well not today, one of their washers got stuck i the middle of a cycle and it wouldn’t let me take my close out because it was locked. they have a so called emergency # to call posted and it doesn’t even work. I have literally been waiting for over an hour for somebody to show up but so far I’ve had no luck. this is ridiculous and i know for a fact im not going to be reimbursed for my money or compensated for my time i am wasting waiting for someone to show up

This place is nasty. The machines are a pain in the butt to put money in. It looks like the floors haven’t been washed since it opened. They are top load for detergent but unless your 6 foot it’s impossible to load. People stack crates on top of each other to reach the top to put detergent in. I refused to do that for fear of falling and breaking my head open. All the coin machines were broke with tape over them. And the card swipes didn’t work. This place was a hot mess! Never ever again!

Our washer broke down a few days ago and I needed to wash my clothes. So I came to the nearest Laundry place and voilà. If you need coins there’s a machine where you can get some. Bring your own soap and expect about an hour of washing and drying. The small washers are $ 2.75 and the small dryers are .25 cents for every 7 minutes I believe and you get to choose from low, medium, and high temperature.

Great! Cheap and easy to use and there is a phở place right next door. Most of the washer take credit card and the dryers are by 25 cent rounds and all together I did two loads for about 5 bucks. Super cheap! Clean and people are nice.
