There is a dude that works here named kelmer. Every time I come I feel like I am being listened to and cared for. That is weird but it is exactly the type of image Starbucks sells. He makes really good drinks. Even if you don’t know what you want and give him some adjectives you are good to go!

Guess what? There is a secret menu (would work at any Starbucks) where you can pretty much get any frappucino (don’t really no how to spell it) you want! (Cotton candy, Twix, strawberry banana) those are the most popular flavors. The lines are not that long unless it is breakfast or lunch.

I never tried their teas before but the barista clear and helpful to me about their tea menu. I was always going to the one in castro valley but today i decided to come to this one. Clean environment and awesome customer service. MY NEW FAV SPOT.

Great experience here this morning thanks to the upbeat staff. Specifically, Tyler made my drink and sandwich which was a tuxedo mocha and double bacon egg. He also kept me company at the bar while mixing drinks, even though it was busy. My order was on point as always. Im very particular on who makes my morning coffee as it is the start of my day and needs to be right in order for me to get rolling. The reason I come here is because of two of the workers who make it the same every time and always pick me up in the morning with their good vibes. Tyler and Kelmer are awesome baristas who go the extra mile to keep this store jammin. Hit them up if u need that boost ;) yee

I like this location. We unexpectedly stopped here for a break on our way to complete our walk from San Jose to Oakland.
As in every Starbucks it’s the ambience that counts for me. This one has that warm feeling. Nice comfy leather seats. Cozy.
In a big business plaza so parking shouldn’t be an issue.

I went to this location to buy some beans; I was the only customer in line; however the baristas all seemed to be preoccupied/​unorganized. I wanted some Espresso beans, freshly ground. Th barista rd me to get a bag off the shelf, but the shelves only had decaf.
The barista went into the back room, got the espresso beans, ground them, but did not offer me a free cup of coffee.
News flash: Whenever a customer buys a pound of beans, a free cup of coffee is customary!

2nd trip didn’t go as well … Super burnt fold over… Bitter iced coffee the sadness. I am a star bucks regular at different locations. So the have been demoted they still get 2 stars for being clean.
The only starbucks I have ever received a burnt any thing lucky me. Not! So I will get coffee else where. Bummer

Let me first say that this is the location that I frequent the most, to start my day for the most part. The staff here are friendly, the coffee is more or less consistent. I’m not your expert coffee connoisseur, but there was only 1 time that the coffee tasted stale. Relatively cleaner than the other Starbucks that I have been to. Lastly, there is also just one time that one of their employees kind of had an attitude when I was buying coffee with my girlfriend, maybe a relatively new employee since I wasn’t recognized. But I’m not going to punish this store for the great work majority of the employees put into it, hence still a good rating, although I would have easily given it the highest rating. Keep it up guys!

I really like this location, it’s roomy and clean and the staff is especially friendly! I thought the store manager was very helpful with a question I had about a product, and she does a great job in running the store! I’d definitely come again!!!

They don’t have much of anything towards the afternoon. Idk how they assess supply, but it is faulty. The staff are nice and it goes pretty fast. I prefer another Starbucks in Hayward because u can order a sandwich or bagel with butter at 3pm and they have it!

Starbucks users for the most part are loyal customers. I know I am, and I have been for more than 10 years. As prices go up we all accept it, and agree to pay around 5 $ for a frap. I have no problem paying the price for my daily cup of heaven, but I’m not too amused when I am greeted with an attitude in the morning. The woman at the counter had an attitude and seemed to be in a bad mood. I’m sure she was working hard, but in my time dealing with her, she said little and barely left the counter, so I’m confused why she was rude to me. She never once smiled, and the bottom line is that it’s the lasting impression I have on this location, whether the drink was good or not.

Super Starbucks Fan here! The service is great, the parking is ample, the inside is roomy and clean, and it’s a Starbucks! The service was so good that I had to come back a second time out of my way just to experience it again! Oh, and to purchase a versimo tumbler that I was on the fence about buying when I was there the first time earlier in the day.
You gotta try their new powermat wireless charging devices! Bought one of those, too, since they had one in green (my favorite color).
