Not really as good a grocery as Chavez Market down the road, but during the late spring to summer months they do mexican style chicken and ribs barbecue out in the parking lot on weekends. Expect to wait about an hour for your delicious barbecue.

Superway Market is a mexican grocey. shelves looked barely stocked. lonely cashier had little to do. there’s a meat market and taqueria in front of the market.
eats: asada/pollo taco (1.25)
–freshly warmed tacos filled with lots of permade meats
–cilantro, onions, lemons, radish, salsa. on table for self service.
–not totally fresh, but reasonable. lots to eat
3.5 stars for the taqueria
take outs:
–not sure if english spoken here, maybe a little. i, e 2 tacos?
