I was refer to this pharmacy by the nurse at the clinic I go to. I was told they do accept my insurance there. Well I went I gave them my prescription they said wait about 10−15min so I waited, went to see what was the status on it and they told me it would be another 5−10min more I’m like ok since they said it was because it was a new prescription etc. So I asked exactly how much longer would it be she reply oh 10−15min more I’m like ok it went from 5−10min to 10−15min more. I decided to go wait in my car in the meanwhile. I received a phone call from them(me thinking its ready) well no they were calling me to let me know they couldn’t accept my insurance after waiting a total of 45min! Why did I have to wait that long to be told that? Them working with patients daily should know if they do or not accept it and not having to wait to long and waste my time! This is such a bad customer service! I will not be going back there at all even if my insurance changes in the future and nor will I refer any of my family and friends there at all! Such a waste of time for this bs.

Been doing business with them for 10 years. They take care of us and have great service. They do the best they can and are very helpful, considering we have tons of residents. The upside to any pharmacy, they deliver!

Walking in you notice that the shelves are not fully stocked and there are some older items that seem to have been there a while. It is a decent neighborhood drug store. They carry the basic necessities. They also have leg and knee braces available. The prices are the suggested retail price. The Pharmacist is very nice, he is very knowledgeable and remembers his regulars well. This Pharmacy does deliver to local areas and that is great for disabled or those who have trouble getting out.
