This place lies to you constantly and treats everyone like they are drug addicts. I would recommend going some where else.

Absolutely would not recommend. Go to CSL or IBB instead. On a whim on my day off, I decided to give donating plasma a shot. After googling local plasma donating centers, I decided on OctaPlasma since they seemed relatively new. I checked the OctaPharma website to see if I was eligible and what I would need, and gathered my documents and left. Upon arrival, there was absolutely no signage to direct new donors to the front desk. I instead waited in a line marked«enter here,»(common sense, amirite?)only to realize eventually that this was for established patrons. So I go to the front desk, and start the process. When asked about my address, I tell the woman I’m in the process of moving(and have two residential addresses with valid leases, plus a po box for my mail.) Since I prefer use my po box(and she did not demand a residential address) while in the midst of my address change, I start the process with the documents I have for my po box. She tells me that my federal student loan bill dated for today won’t work. Ok, no problem, so I ask if my bank statement is okay. «Sure!» I hand her my bank statement, and she tells me it’s unacceptable because it is dated June 8th and today it’s June 10th. Uhhhhhhhh, what? You don’t get a new bank statement every day, I remind her; they come once a month and I won’t have my next one until July 8th. My bank statement was covering dates May 9th through June 8th and was dated June 8th; not only was it dated for within the last 30 days(as required), it was dated within the last WEEK! Anyway, the dumb broad and her supervisor she kept checking with apparently have never paid bills before and don’t know how to read calendars, so I move on to more documents. «These all have your P.O. box on them. That’s unacceptable, I need your home address.» No problem. But you not only did not ask for a residential address, you also did not tell me to provide a residential address once I pulled the first handful of documents. …soooooo we move on to the address I’m leaving that’s on my license. My lease is up June 21st, so it’s still my legal address. «No, you told me that address isn’t valid. You can’t use it.» Uhhhh, FORMYMAIL, because I have a PO box since I’m in the middle of packing. I explain this to her, and provide the PROOF requested that it’s my legal address since she misunderstood me. «We have to go by what you said the first time.» …that’s what I said the first time. Are you really going to sit there and tell me that the words, «I live at my Post Office in my PO Box» actually came out of my mouth? Seriously? Do you think I’m that stupid, and do you think I think you are that stupid? But, no problem, I’ve already signed my lease for my new place and can legally stay at and receive mail at both addresses. Sooo, since a lease is explicitly listed as an acceptable document on the website, I hand her my lease for my new place. She scurries back to her supervisor and they go into another room. «Ma’am, what is this? A car lease?» «This is my residential lease, which is what you asked me for and what it says.» She scurries back to her supervisor again. «You can’t use this. We need a lease from your landlord.» Uh, what do you think that is? It’s a legally binding contact, a LEASE, for a house, drafted by my landlord. My information is on it as the lessee. My landlord is listed as the lessor. We’ve both signed it. Do you know what those words mean? Do you know that the lessor is also the landlord? Have you never had your own place before? Smh. At that point, I gave up and left. What a joke. I went with IBB on Delmar instead, and everything went smoothly. The people working at Octa are apparently as stupid as the crackheads they’re trying to weed out with this process. Good grief.
