The attitude, attention and advice given to me by Karen and Juan at the Hazlet Extra Space Storage franchise were the reasons why I chose to do business there.
They both displayed empathy and concern over my misgivings and doubts. Previously, another storage facility, years ago, had left me with apprehensions about ever repeating the process again.
Now, I have only feelings of satisfaction and assurance knowing that this is a concrete and reliable company based on my interactions with these two fine employees.

This is the second time I have rented a storage space at this particular location & have always been very pleased with the staff & the storage unit itself. The manager Juan is fantastic and explained everything in detail. A really nice man who knows his job well, he left no question unanswered and made sure we were comfortable with leaving my daughters belongings there. If you need a storage unit this is the place to go! Thanks Juan!!!
