The service at Amoruso Printing is exceptional. I needed a fairly quick print job close to our warehouse in Healdsburg late last year so I googled and found Amoruso Printing. I emailed in my order and it was done in an hour. We have been using them ever since. Not only are they high quality, the pricing is good and they have been able to accommodate our jobs with short notice. This morning when I called and needed recipe cards printed on stock, Rachel made sure they were done within the hour. I have never been delayed or had to wait longer than a couple hours for our requests. They truly know the meaning of service and would recommend them to anyone wanting high quality work at good prices.

I just had a personal document scanned here and to be emailed to me, but amoruso sent it to a stranger’s email address by mistake by mistyping my email address after I spelled it twice for her. It had my ssn, address, and all personal data since it was on an application. She didn’t even apologize plus she originally emailed me someone else’s document instead of mine and the document I got was someone elses offer to buy a home. She is so distracted with her baby in the office she made mistake after mistake. Seriously this was a disaster and it cost me potentially damaging identity theft.

Their prints are great! I would give five stars but you should now that you cannot access their computers or wireless to retrieve files. I’ve never been to a print shop that didn’t have a computer for customers to use.

I was given the name of Amoruso Printing from a fellow businesswoman in Healdsburg. I needed someone to produce a program for my upcoming «Celebration of Life» for my sister, who recently died in a plane crash. I needed the program done fairly quickly, and Rachel was very able to accommodate. It was very unique indeed since Rachel’s infant daughter who was there at the store had the same name as my sister! Eerie yet comforting, given it’s a very unusual name. Rachel was very helpful, stayed in contact during the whole process and did an excellent job! The program was beautiful– and the pictures came out crystal clear. I am always wanting to support local businesses, as a former business owner myself, Amoruso Printing did not disappoint. I would highly recommend their services.

I am all about supporting our local business and Amoruso Printing does not disappoint! Their work is very professional and they really go the extra mile. I needed a job done recently and needed it within 2 hours. Even though they were extremely busy they got it done when I needed it. I would rather have intelligent folks that understand my needs then try to explain it to an un-​skilled at office depot.

As a local spot to print with affordable rates, I think its not bad at all. The other reviewer obviously had a bad experience. And I’m not saying that it’s perfect, but I’ve never had a bad experience and I think the quality is just fine. Any chance I have to do Amoruso’s over Kinko’s, I’ll take… my only complaint is their hours mean that I have to go to Kinko’s more often than I’d like.

Very poor customer service, and even worse quality control. I didn’t think it would get any worse until I was affronted with their startling lack of business ethics.
Steer clear of this print shop.
