My mom has taken her cars to Import Auto Works for as long as she has had her cars, you can’t find a more efficient and dependable repair shop and mechanics dedicated to make you happy at a fair price, I take my Ford to them and they have taken care of it, I am taking it back and will until the end of my driving. Take your car there you will save time and money, (if you live in Healdsburg) take it there. I am 100% happy with their work, and you will be too.

Taken my Jetta here somewhere around 5 times now over the years, and will continue to go back when the check engine light comes on.
They always talk straight to me, I’ve never once felt like I’m being up-​sold or talked down to, like so many dealerships.
They are always up front about how much it will cost, and usually done with the job the same day i drop the car off.

Unfortunately, I can’t give these guys a good review.
I brought my car in to have my air conditioning repaired. They charged me over $ 300 and did not fix the problem. I brought it in to have them figure out why it still didn’t work after they «repaired» it and they turned me away and told me they did not have the time to look at it. They were not pro-​active at taking care of it and treated me poorly in the process. A year later and I am still living with a car that has AC that does not work correctly.

On time, on budget, and well under the dealer. Unless your car is still under warranty, why on earth would you drive to Santa Rosa, deal with loaners, and all that nonsense, when Ken and the boys are right here in town?

My family and friends take our cars to Import Motor Works in Healdsburg and they are the best. Very fair prices and good work. You can really trust what they tell you. Very highly recommended.
