Was just in Verizon and the people employed there didn’t know how to help me schedule a payment. How do you not know how to do this if you work for verizon? I mentioned that I tried online and they looked at me like I was stupid & they said they didn’t know how so they then waked away from me and ignored me the rest of the time being while I tried to figure it out myself at the desk. Also mentioned that I called the help line all day sat and that they wouldn’t answer because of the new iphone 6 craze, yet they kept mentioning well they are closed all day Sunday that’s why… Uh I specifically mentioned that I called SAT not SUN at least 4 times. So obviously they weren’t listening, needless to say I got help from someone that doesn’t work at verizon and I scheduled my payment just now. Actually wasn’t too difficult. Now I’m glad I can do it myself since someone who DOESNT even work there helped me. Maybe you should hire her instead.

This is without a doubt the most mismanaged Verizon Store ever. I think the issue is bigger than a local manager however because I have experience the same horrific service under different managers. Slow and understaffed! Saturday I waited for an hour and a half before I was able to see anyone. I watched while CSR’s sauntered around like they were on holiday while I saw 15 or 20 people walk out! It was unbelievable. As soon as I get my etf reduced some I will be returning to AT&T. The manager said it was unusual, but it has happened numerous times to members of my family.

Although it’s possible to do the basic — buy a phone and a plan — the service here is absolutely abysmal. The salesmen are glacially slow and chronically screw up your account, adding insurance plans without asking if you want them, forgetting to change settings on phones, and not signing you up for services that you asked for. Avoid this place like the plague that it is.
